I love this store! The store owner was super nice and let us try a flavor that wasn’t available for sampling (they have samples too!). Any of the mini cookies are the bomb. We got the last one of the ginger spice mini cookies. Perfect gift for the holidays.
Best cookies. I’ve always preferred buttery, shortbread types of cookies, and these are fantastic. I also really like that there are seasonal flavors available, so there is something different to try every once in a while. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean store.
This is a solid coffee shop located in the Shops in Wailea shopping center. It's more like a Starbucks, where you get your coffee and leave, as there are only a few tables and chairs inside (besides, you're in Wailea and you should be outside, not inside!). The coffee was good, but I only go the drip. It's located on the upper most level and closer to Wailea Alanui Dr. You can get free 1 hour parking, and I think you get validated for another hour if you buy something over a certain amount.
Love their lemon cookie, but they didn't travel well on the flight home, most crumbled, but the cookies were individually wrapped, so still eatable! I ate all of them before I could take a pic
Wanted to buy a few boxes as souvenirs. Staff were polite, but when we asked about getting a second bag, just to hold the cookies separately, we were denied. They stuffed 5 boxes in one SMALL bag, when it would have been more appropriate to put them in 2 small bags or 1 big bag. The bag ended up being distorted from over stuffing. Poor customer service on their part. I initially thought twice about buying more for ourselves but changed my mind. Not sure if this is standard service across all Honolulu cookie company shops, or just this one.
Update: I contacted customer service who not only apologized and sent me a more appropriate bag size accordingly, but they also sent me some cookies. I've since changed my review to 4 stars, minus 1 for the original issue. Overall, the cookies are delicious, the presentation is fancy, but their customer service could have been better initially. This is a company that's half taste, and half experience/quality.

Honolua Coffee Wailea is the premier destination for the connoisseur who appreciates a high end beverage while shopping for their Rolex watch, Gucci shoes, Prada handbag, and Louie Vitton blazer - it's where I go, especially in between meetings at Andaz with high profile executives on special retreat liason escrow dealings in the international corporate realestate merger industry, in which I am involved. And for that type of high-pressure work, a strong brew is sometimes necessary. While I do love a rosemary triple espresso latte as my usual, I must say that the regular drip black - no cream - does truly have a refined strength that is unfound in your typical competion. And make no mistake, the coffee industry is a highly competitive niche most would take for granted, but after tasting the difference in Honolua's - especially the way they prepare it at the Wailea location - one couldn't deny the distinctive qualities that truly make the visit worth the walk from even the Four Seasons - although I only ever stay at the Andaz now because of the updated decor and rockstar-level amenities, such as cascading infinity pools.
Great cookies. Good flavour selection. We grabbed a bunch for our Maui road trip and went back to grab more as gifts to bring home. Julie at the Wailea location was extremely helpful.
