Beyond's China Buffet

The food here is cold and is hard. the rice is hard the noodles are good but they're food bins on the buffet line are always almost empty they hardly ever fill them up and then you got to pay almost 13 bucks for an adult for the buffet it's not the same as it used to be they've gone downhill my husband myself my granddaughter my grandson will never eat there again

I don't hate the food, but a couple of the dishes seem to be chicken with sweet and sour sauce. Depending the dish, you might get more chili flake or sesame seed, but that's about it. I was kind of excited for the Szechuan chicken I ordered, but the sauce was a chicken broth base with some seasonings, as far as I could tell. It fills a void here, but they need to make appropriate sauces per dish, for one.

I ate here a couple of times several years ago and the food tased terrible. I figured with all the great reviews online I would give it another shot. Apparently the people that are posting these 5 star reviews have never eaten great Chinese food. I have never gotten sick from eating at a restaurant until eating here this week. I should have left after my first few bites. Food off of the buffet was lukewarm at best. We were there at 530pm so it was peak time when food should be fresh and hot. I thought the food lacked flavor. The buffet only had one beef option and it was extremely salty. I support local businesses, but I will never eat here again.
