3.8 stars and dropping..Is Buffalo Wild Wings going to actually do anything about this joke of a restaurant we are stuck with in Waco. I would be absolutely embarrassed to work for this establishment. I evaluated my last 5 orders for quality..4 out of five of them were either missing something…incorrect completely or Poorly tossed wings. Honestly either move in and flip this place upside down/fire management or do everyone a favor and turn it into a wing stop. If you want onion rings don’t order them because they are to lazy to prep certain items.
Additional update, waited an hour for wings that didn’t come with sauce. If I could give negative stars I would.

Our family had such an amazing time at Buffalo Wild Wings! UFC was on the television and our kiddos loved it. We ordered and the wait was a bit but completely worth it. We had so much fun and our family night was a success!

Great place for wings and sides. Unfortunately this location seems to have changed the fried pickles contents and no longer uses corn meal or whatever, now it’s just bland coating? Sad they did that, no real flavor on the fried pickles anymore.

Update: we came back to BW3's and its been horrible. We've been sitting at a table for over 15 minutes and noone has even come by to ask for our drink order. Menu is filled with sauce and waiters are all standing around giggling. Bathroom is disgusting!

Our waiter Vincent was amazing! He Introduced us to some of our new favorite foods. I didn't have to ask for anything because he had already brought it to the table and took great care of us! This man needs a raise! We will definitely be back. This was our best Buffalo Wild Wings experience ever!

Haven't been here in awhile. Always have loved Buffalo Wild Wings. I had their traditional wings with carrots and they were amazing as always!! Surprisingly, I thought maybe I should have gone where they had more variety and their new menu has it all. brisket sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, and even wraps! I had their nachos with brisket and pico as well...they were so good.

If you've eaten at one BW3, you've eaten at all of them. This isn't a review of the food, which was great as usual. This is a review of the service I received, which was first class. Brianna, my server was the best I've had in years. She was attentive, had a pleasant personality, got everything right, and anticipated everything I wanted before I could ask for it. I was so appreciative, that I not only thanked her for the great service, I left her a 50% tip. Management, if you read this, Brianna is not only someone you need to hold on to, you should consider promoting her.

Better to cook and watch the game at home. Service was embarrassing as was the food. There were MAYBE 6 tables in the whole restaurant and altogether we were there two hours..we went for a quick meal...Most of that was waiting for our server to come back to our table since she was having the best time chatting with the other servers. I get things are different but I was a server and I know how things are done and what is good service vs bad..just my two cents.

I just love it when my appetizer comes after my meal roughly 10 minutes apart, 20 min wait for warm flat beer, wings cold to the touch, 30min wait for mixed drink only 6 customers, no manager in sight, the crew slacking off, and they still expect you to pay full price. 0/5 stars would not recommend unless you want to wait for food poisoning.
