came w my friend and ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher w lemonade and the barista said she made it herself and it was delicious. drove off w out letting her know so i’m leaving this review. 100/10

Starbucks Marketplace Waco Tx is a great start to my early day ! They have made it a point to learn my order right down to my straw ! I’ve asked for chewing gum twice and they have been out , however what a act if kindness that an employee would place the chewing gum they had in the bag! They are the best and my coffee is perfect! Great customer service! No worries upper management I’m not allergic to the gum! Thank you to the AM team Starbucks ! Monica Brown

This is hand down the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever visited. I waited 30 mins for my drinks. I never saw a single employee wash their hands, glove up or wipe a surface. Even without Covid this is just unhygienic. This Starbucks location is a filthy petri dish.

Went to get a shaken brown sugar oatmilk espresso. I said that is NOT shaken and the girl rudely said yes it is that sometime it mixes. Hello not unless you mix it. I buy this alot and never has it mixed by its self. Do not insult my intelligence

I will no longer go to Starbucks for any reason. We stopped on our way to the beach with our 20 month old twins. Neither unisex restroom had a baby changing station. Starbucks employees said it's something they started two years ago. BS not having a single station.

My friend’s drink was made wrong at another location, and we were closer to this store by the time she realized. I wish I remembered the barista’s name, but it was around 1pm, and they were wearing a yellow shirt. They were super sweet and helpful! I wish I had some cash on me to leave them a tip :/

Hands down my favorite Starbucks ever! The barista’s are very sweet and helpful towards me. Every time I go over there, my service is fast and easy. Y’all are doing great!!
