Culver's

Culver's is my favorite when it comes to a fast cheeseburger. The staff is always kind and courteous. Dining room and bathrooms are clean. Service is quick and the food is usually good. I didn't care for the new pretzel bites, I thought they were filled with cheese but no, they do come with some for dipping though. They were very salty and just not what I thought.

I'm a big fan of Culver's. Best place to stop to grab food on the road, hands down. Always clean and friendly. Now to closing of the dinning area early. I understand safety if you are staying open late, but this seems to be an issue of not enough staff. I understand the challenges, I run a retail store. Hire more people, pay what you have to pay, if the gas station can stay open then you should as well. Times are tough, now is the time to show how great you can be. Always a fan, but I don't like a drive thru only format.

Update: Food was good, service was good. Kitchen staff need to pay attention better to the orders. Had to go back up and ask for our frys and my burger was suppose to have everything but cheese yet only had onions and pickles with mustard and ketchup. Missed out on the tomato and lettuce i guess. Another edit: Seems as though the "Red Haired Girl" has left. We haven't had terrible service since she's been missing. Edit: Tried again, young red haired girl strikes again. Dont believe I will continue to patronize this Culvers when she is taking orders. Typically great food and great service. However the last 2 trips have been less than great. The red haired young lady taking orders is nice. But I don't believe this is her calling. 🙂
