The place has good deals and stuff but I’m not happy with my last visit. I had bought a 64 oz Gatorade Fruit punch flavor along with a full pepperoni pizza. I was paying for my things at the register when I asked my boyfriend to get my phone so I could get the points added on my app, however the employee said that he already processed the order so I couldn’t get my points. Very disappointed in this location on Mooney, I can go to the one on walnut and court and get asked if I have the app for points or not. I will not come to this one again, I don’t have a car so even if I have to walk to the one on walnut I will at least they have friendlier employees.

The phone number on my current receipt and the number listed are not in service for this store. I was shorted ten bucks change after putting money on my preload card which I had to ask for it back before leaving I didn't realize until I got home and pulled my change out to pay my driver that she had given me 66.05 instead of 76.05

Coffee should always be ready no matter what time. I like other flavors such as vanilla, coconut, or hazelnut. Most of coffee are never ready. At 711 every customer should get what they came for. Since this is what is expected!!!

any chance you guys can turn the damn opera music down?! i understand you are using the music as a way to keep the homeless from camping out behind the store, but you have it BLASTING 24 hours a day for the last few months. i live nearby and can hear it non stop. can barely sleep at night because of it. i've talked to some of the employees, but nothing has been done. almost at the point where i want to file a noise complaint with the city in hopes that you will finally turn it down. no reason i should be able to hear it over 100' away and inside my house.... ESPECIALLY THE ENTIRE NIGHT
