Sonic Drive-in

The manager Tiffany is the most rude person Iv ever met in the food industry she says “ what do you want”, when you come to the order speaker. When you get the the food window she looks greasy hair a mess like she slept in the store she says “want sauce” She can’t respect her customers enough to say complete full sentences she never smiles and Iv seen her yell or snap her fingers when talking to employees. This young lady had apologize to me for being slow and explain to me that it was only her second day, Tiffany had to yell at her snap your fingers at her and tell her to move faster. I was in no hurry I was not complaining for her to have done that get a better manager!

Absolutely terrible. Trash all around. Handwritten notes for out of order signs, not accepting cash, not accepting apple pay. They no longer carry items that are still being advertised on their few working screens, which they won't accept orders from ... drive thru only. Funny they reply to my post here to hear more about my experience, ironically I already tried contacting them on their contact page several days ago with no answer ... hilarious they suddenly (robotically) respond. No Sonic, I will not be trying to contact you again when I already did.

Not sure of the name of the rude girl working 2-3-22 at 4:30ish. First of all, she forgot to give me my drink so I had to back up. Next they gave me a cheeseburger with no lettuce, tomato, pickles or onions on it And those cheeseburgers are not cheap. When I realized it, I had to drive back over. When she asked me on the speaker what I wanted and I told her that they hadn't put anything on my cheeseburger, she laughed. When I pulled up to the window, she demanded the bun and burger that I had just taken a few bites out of, given back to her or she would not give me a new burger. I told her I was going to give it to my dogs, but she would not give me another burger without receiving it. When I handed her the burger on the foil, she said you don't have to do it like that. I guess she thought I was supposed to wrap and bag it again for her. She didn't apologize for anything and she was just hateful. I wish the supervisor had been there to see her attitude. She needs to be taught customer service skills!!

Every time I go they say they are either out of pretzels or that they are frozen or out of cheese. I go almost every week and get the same answer every time. I asked for onions on my super sonic cheese burger because they didn't put any on the last 2 times I got it. They only put 5 chopped onions on it. They are all rude except the man in the green shirt but he still allows the other employees to be rude to customers. The sonic in Bakersfield is WAY better. UPDATE went on may 19 and no pretzels or cheese. update between may 19 2021 and March 3 2022 They have not had any cheese. Fix this problem.
