The Main Street Location is AWESOME!
They are always so accommodating . I called last minute for an icecream cake for a birthday and they were so helpful. The cake was beautifully decorated and delicious.
It was even ready sooner than expected.

8:30 sat eve trying to start the new year off right 1/2/16 after the Enchanted fake ice plastic skating rink fail I decided to take my family to ice cream , another fail said to close at 10 pm as soon as we pulled in they turned off the lights, we asked if they were open sell they yelled at us we closed early no business. There was 4 of us standing outside drove from reedley to have family fun and they said they closed early sorry and turn their back on us. I hope the store owner checks their scheduled workers for that night and thinks twice about the kind of employees he's hired.

If u drive u may not find a parking. It's always cool inside because they have to keep the ice cream cold. They make the sandwiches right in front of you. Soup is always in a crock pot. Portions are good. Sometimes not filling. A lil more costly compared to most sandwich shops around town.

Wow, mixed feelings about this place.
This place needs to turn up their air conditioner or open a freezer door or something. It's unbearably warm in here but it's worth the suffering because
Togo's makes an awesome sandwich.
Most of the tables were dirty and hadn't been cleared or wiped down from previous customers use.

Maybe I'm overreacting and shouldn't be complaining about Other people's ice cream drops from the table feeling gross when it got stuck ON TO the skin on my arm. Ya, what a STICKY SITUATION .
anyways, the Baskin Robbins on Mooney has s better variety of ice cream flavors and REALLY CLEAN TABLES .

I love their ice cream, but their hours are very disappointing. Even on weekends they close at 10. Nothing else comparable on Main that you can walk to after a concert or movie, the only option is to drive to one of the ice cream or yogurt places on Mooney.

Some delicious ice cream and wonderful employees. The ice cream is great on a hot summer day and there new soda machine has some amazing ice that is free and amazing on a hot summer day!

Do not go to this Baskin Robbins if you are expecting to get a $1.50 scoop of ice cream on the 31st of the month. Went in today was told but a young man that California has pulled that deal, although still on web site. When i advised him so he said he didnt know thats just what he was told . I left and called 3 other Visalia Baskin stores they said thus is still a promotion deal Baskin is offering. So either the owner is ripping people off or their employees are under trained... Either way , will not be giving this store any more of my business and will warn my colleagues about their shady practices as well .

$1 tuesday scoops sign got me in here. i order a scoop and the helper says that will be $1.50!!
