Excellent quality of fishes! Very fresh!
They use real Wasabi instead fake powder.
My first time ever see a restaurant write down each of fish name on the take out box by the their positions, this give me a hint that clearly knows what I’m having.
Definitely worth every penny.
Keep up the good work!!

The best place for absolutely fresh, decadent sushi in all of Visalia! Classic sushi options as well as a great list of signature rolls. I tried the lemon drop roll(comes with sliced raw scallop)—a true litmus test for freshness, and I was not disappointed! I will come back time and time again. Service is quick and kind as well!

Bento box is filling comes with a side salad as well. Chicken teriyaki is flavorful and tender. Beef slices are thin and melt in your mouth. California rolls are good and taste like most California rolls I've tried. Called ahead to order and picked up but I would like to dine in soon; the atmosphere was very inviting and tables are spaced out nicely. Staff is quick to greet each customer and make sure everyone has been helped.

They don’t do reservations which makes sense they are always packed so it said the food is great ! Our go to are green goblin, oo la la, Tiger and Newnew. The service is amazing, the workers always make sure to come to your table even if they aren’t your waiter/waitress to see if everything is okay. Depending on the time of day we get seated quickly but they also do takeout as well. Overall best sushi place I’ve tasted!

Incredible sushi restaurant located in Visalia CA. Was not expecting this to be honest. The sushi was full of flavor, very fresh, and the roll options were creative in design and flavors. The ramen (spicy pork ramen) was also a must! The flavors were bold yet complimenting of all the ingredients. The pork slices where a bit think for my liking but I will say I prefer too think then too thin. It's a hard balance but too thin tends to overcook in the broth too quickly so if has to be, I'd rather it be too thick. The staff was super friendly and everyone of the staff was co Stanly on top of things to make sure guests never waited for anything. For a packed restaurant this was an incredible feat and proof of the pride here. The only gripe was the Wasabi paste can vary in potency from night to night. Our first visit it was very weak but the next night. ... well... it was packing punches, which we all enjoyed.
If you are in the area you must try this location out! Get the spicy pork ramen and swap in Udon noodles! Also try my favorite roll there, the green goblin.

Green goblin and ooh la la rolls tasted great and fresh. Oh-toro was okay. Side salad has a dressing that beat out almost any other I’ve had. Good prices and good food.

I had the agedashi tofu and baked mussels for starters.
- tofu was crispy on the outside and came in some kind of teriyaki broth. Good texture and taste.
- baked mussels had a savory and creamy sauce. Very good.
Hot sake came in a container that spills even when pouring carefully.
For the rolls, I had the Philadelphia Roll, Butterfish Roll, Nemo Roll, and Rock Roll (pictured left to right).
- Philadelphia Roll had more salmon than cream cheese, which is always what I prefer with a Philly.
- Butterfish roll had a nice nutty flavor to it. The fish itself was moist and savory and a healthy amount on each roll.
- Nemo Roll had a good ratio of all the proteins in it.
- Rock Roll was savory and just the right amount of saltiness.
Good service and atmosphere. Loved the samurai outfit on display at the entrance.
