I drove through to get a Frostee for an evening treat. Drive through was quick. I got to the window and the server asked if I wanted to add some strawberry Frostee to my chocolate Frostee. 🤢. She had suggested it because the chocolate was a little too soft. I declined and she offered a straw along with the normal spoon. The chocolate was a little thin but still tasty. Overall a good experience.

This location was actually quite a pleasurable experience. Food was good, staff attitude was great. I ordered a strawberry frosty for my son in error and the kind gentleman gave me a chocolate one at no extra charge. I ended up giving the small strawberry Frosty away to a hard-working Road Crewman that was waiting for his meal.
Yes they are rude. Truly truly rude but there is nothing that is going to change it because they work on a military base and they know military that don't have cars or can only go there for lunch, their attitude is not going to matter. Whenever I go there no matter how nice I am they are rude. Just take it as it is at this point. They are not going to be fired. I have gone there early and late somehow all work shift is the same. Best is order your food, be quiet, pay, take food, say thank you, and leave.
I'm blown away! This place has the absolute best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Every single staff member is down-to-earth, friendly, and just makes you feel at home. They make this place feel less like a fast food place and more like you're a family member. Please, if possible, give these folks a raise. Oh yeah, and the food is great too!

Great service, friendly, food was hot. Tables were clean. Crew members had smiles and created everybody as they walked through the door. One of the better Wendys I have been to in a long time. You can tell they take pride in the restaurant.
