Went around noon today and there was pretty much no wait. The lady at the counter took care of both my friend and I with good customer service and swift coffee pouring. Honestly I have no complaints. I really love Dunkin’s ice coffee
Usually pretty busy location but the food and coffee options are always great and service is also really decent here👍
The staff here is amazing! Everyone is nice, has a bright smile on their face, and ready to take your order or answer your questions. The food is amazing, drinks are all made the way you want, and it's a great location.
Only thing is that the address is WRONG on google maps. It's not 4404 Princess Anne it is 4508 Princess Anne Blvd. I've tried to update it but it says it's invalid when in fact it's not. I'm sitting inside as I type up the review. So make sure you put in the right address not the one given until it's updated to the address I've said.
Best Dunkin’ Donuts costumer service. so I decided to get my kids some donuts on my way back to home and it was very windy so I dropped my 1 dozen donuts. The employees saw what happened and they immediately took an action and gave me a fresh ones. Good people & kind heart. Have a blessed day 🙏🏼
Always have the greatest service at this location. I had an issue with my order being ordered to wrong location and the staff immediately resolved the issue which was definitely a relief and showed them going above and beyond to make sure I received what I ordered.
Dunkin' is dunkin, but we did a mobile order and had significant trouble. They forgot 5 munchkins, straws, and gave us two pumpkin donuts instead of one pumpkin and one blueberry. This isn't the first time they've messed up our mobile order, either. I know we're a big order, but I expect to get what I pay for.
The service can be very hit or miss here. Sunday’s they can be out of popular flavors by noon. We’ve waited inside with almost 0 service while watching everyone working inside take care of the drive through guests. Other times the service is amazing. We started mobile ordering to just avoid all the lines.
Deonce is an absolute sweetheart! He had to break it to me that my mobile order was unable to be fulfilled and the way he told me was just too cute. He gave us some donuts to make up for it as well as a positive attitude and gorgeous smile.
Arrived to an extremely long drive thru and counter service line (I don't know if it was because it was a Friday morning?). I don't often stop for DD but I had made a promise, and had to keep it. The team working didn't skip a beat. They hustled with a smile. Service was great. Good job guys! Glad I chose this location and will be returning.
Come here to get my coffee and sometimes a donut before going to work. I have no problem with the quality of service even when there is a long line. The cashier has an extra person or two to help get the line down within minutes. The drive thru is constantly long especially on Sundays. They get the cars moving quick and fast.
