I had ordered from this location at 3:00 pm on 12/6/2023. My drink was absolutely amazing but I want to give a big thank you to the baristas on that shift (Brittany and Sarah) who were very kind to me after having a long day. Those two were really amazing and really brightened my day! Love this location with such great staff! Thank you🤍

I have frequented a lot of different locations in the area but Virginia beach and independence is, by far, the most consistent location when it comes to my drink.
Even with different people making it, it is always rich and delicious and if not EXACTLY, very close to exactly how i like my coffee!

We stopped in here a couple times last week and Jessa was awesome! Our drinks were a little long and she made them perfectly each time! You can really tell she works hard while also bring there for any questions the other newer baristas had. On top of that the drinks were out so quickly. I didn’t want to take her away from making drinks too much but she was also so sweet and took some time to answer a few of my questions and had a nice chat! Thank you Jessa for being amazing!!

Great customer service, drinks were prepared quickly as ordered. This location is smaller than others but plenty of seating at 1130 AM on a Thursday. Parking can be tight due to other businesses on site.

Let me start with if you pay electronically as I did. I paid with my bank card but I used tap to pay versus inserting the chip into the machine. Paying in such a way does not allow one to tip. I believe that's a very sad State of affairs for a mostly Forward thinking business at Starbucks.
I am not a Starbucks regular. They have a good quality product. They have a good tasting product. And I feel that the quality and taste of the product warrant the price they charge I myself am just too cheap to get it all the time. That's why I am not a regular Starbucks partaker. That being said they were quick to help me with the app and very friendly and unbothered by my like a proficiency. So I place my order they scanned my abs so I can get my stars upon which time I realized I had forgotten my wallet at home. They even tried to walk me through setting up my Google wallet because it had surpass the old app Google pay. All in all it's a great staff and I highly recommend that particular staff and that location just not the parking and the accessibility automobile-wise.

Anne-Marie is the absolute best! She goes above and beyond every time I see her.
Decided to try the Chocolate Cold Foam on my Coldbrew.
She made a nice thick foam which lasted till my refill and what actually quite good.
Though I do prefer simple coffee to begin with, this was a 10/10 for me.

Great service here! Whenever I come in busy or otherwise everyone is very attentive and friendly. This Starbucks is the most consistent when it comes to marking drinks as well. The only pain point is having to make a u-turn to get there if coming from south independence.
