Service was very efficient and pleasant, which was great considering how busy it was at noon on the Friday before Christmas!! Biggie Bag (crispy chicken BLT, fries, 4 nuggets, small drink and key tag peppermint Jr Frosty) was perfect and ready quickly, too. I was not expecting things to be perfect but happily it was!

At The Wendy's at 198 s independence blvd Virginia Beach VA the employees and management are all Amazing and good people they always show me love and support and care when I walk in to eat and charge my phone they all go above and beyond to help me weather it's asking how I'm doing that day or offering to help me with something to eat because they all know I'm a disabled homeless veteran I am greatful for them all

I was craving a Baconator (I rarely eat fast food anymore) and I finally gave in. I used the drive thru...the cashier and the lady who brought my order were extremely nice. Once I got home, I couldn't wait to tear that burger up! Wow..I should've taken a picture because the sandwich was wrapped tight and dressed perfectly. You know how occasionally you will get a sandwich to go and it looks like they stood across the kitchen and threw the toppings on it? Not my Baconator. It was perfect!! Thank you Wendy's for taking such care with my food and reminding me how good your baconators are! You all rocked it!

Eat here regularly for lunch. Baked potatoes are the best at this location! Food is always hot and fresh, tastes great! Only downside is trying to get out of the parking lot. This of course is no fault to the restaurant itself, more of an issue with the City of Va Beach.

This Wendy’s location is fairly new and nice. The Dave’s single was pretty good and the fires were well cooked. They got all my ingredients right, so that was nice!

Manager came to my table to make sure my food was hot, then he gave me a free frosty. Food was fresh and service was great. Easily the best Wendy's experience I've had.
