My second time ordering from here using the app and its the second time they screwed up. The first time they only put one slice of their new fresh mozzarella on the salad i ordered. I expected more considering mozzarella was in the name but they gave me one slice and hid it at the bottom. The second time was today when they completely ignored the condiments i wanted included on the sandwich. Talk about dry! I'm going to think twice about ordering from here again.

I only visit every now and then went today, the employee seemed unknowingly of how to build the subways the way they are, very unknowably of what comes on their subs just wanted the way it came but she was clueless on what I meant and told me it’s how I want it. Seems training me and much a thing here

I dropped in quickly since I went to an appointment nearby. I have visited that Subway location many years ago and had a decent, quite favorable experience. The owners and staff then took good/meticulous care of me. They were aware of my many allergies and exercised caution. Yesterday, once inside I used the sanitizer on my glove which is located closest to the door. I didn't realize a cash register was near that end of the counter. As I fumbled through my purse, trying not to contaminate my items (COVID-19 era) to get my money. The alarm went off or what seemed like a muted alarm. I was puzzled. Then, I paused for a moment and resumed looking for my wallet/change purse. The lady staffer raced over to me and anxiously wanted to ring me up. I suggested to her I can wait since she was taking care of man and had pulled his order out of the heater/oven. Bread hardens as it cools. I politely told the saleswoman/cashier I can wait until she finishes with her male customer. The male customer waved us both on and said he could wait. The staffer/cashier seemed very perturbed and anxious as I gave her my money. Exact change. Still trying to be considerate not to exhaust her change by using a larger bill.
Then, it hit me when I got home. I WAS PROFILED. Now, I am stunned. Upset. Disappointed. In disbelief!
If you were to see me, a threat to humanity would not be your first thought or reaction. Reflecting back, I realized the male customer shared the same opinion. He watched me closely too. I was so angry. Ticked off. I had bags which caused me to fumble. Anyone can obvious see from my perspective I was not a threat. Another patron who was a young minority male and I politely exchanged hellos as I entered. He was eating. His food smelled so good. It almost enticed me to purchase more.
Ironically, he finished his meal and being a gentleman. He rushed to hold the door for me. I thanked him. We smiled and walked out. I was still a little awkward because I had another bag to juggle.
Imagine that. My purchase was close under $5.00. About $4.52 for some chips. Humiliated and hurt. I will never return to that Subway. Sensitivity training should be taken by that staffer. Sadly, if she was the owner. People feed into too many stereotypes. They forget there are unflattering stereotypes for most people. Including her and him. It goes both ways. I was shocked that I didn't figure out what was her mindset and the male (white) customer. I had too many bags. I guess. What an insult to be profiled and treated that way as a paying customer. And, supporting/patronizing that particular Subway. I usually go to other Subway not far from that location. I think my lesson is to stick to what I know in this racially charged climate. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
I extended courtesies that were not given to me in hindsight. What a sad commentary! Too bad 1-star was the lowest option for a rating. I think my review is better than the 1-star.

The only reason they get two stars instead of 1 is because the guy behind the counter at 2:45pm was trying so hard to serve everyone. I waited close to an hour with only 6 people ahead of me.
How are you going to have only 1 person on a Sunday afternoon serving customers and ringing the register?
Its not only unfair to your customers( 3 people walked out while I was in line), but it is also unfair to the poor employee working by himself and the pressure that puts on them.

The people stating the employees are rude are not wrong. I haven't ever posted before, but decided to look, boy, I am not the only one who feels this way. The owner (man) was friendly, but the employees (most of them) are rude and seem like they don't wanna be there. It's happened several times. In fact, once, I ordered tuna melt once, and the girl started whispering to one of the other girls there about how nasty that was! WHAT!!!!!! I was appalled. I just wanted to get my sandwich and get the hell out of there. The convenience of location is only reason I have returned.

Prices have gone up while quality is down. Employee at register carried on a conversation while ignoring the rest of us. Didnt have sweet peppers or oregano.

On 25 July around 11am, the young lady making sandwiches had long flowing hair which she repeatedly ran her hands through her hair. The gloves on her hands were not changed out as she made three sandwiches. Instead of waiting in line, I took my business elsewhere.
