Love them!. Decoration is amazing. Their cakes are Delicious and beautiful! I ordered a cake from them with whipped topping, which they said they made fresh in store! it was a beautiful cake with my family tree piped on it, couldn't get a picture of it sadly because one of the kids at my party sat on the cake box! (which was on the table!) The cake was delicious though all the same! And the ladies there are all nice and great and willing to work with me when i have a problem!

They took my order at the last minute. I decided I wanted a custom cake for my birthday. I ordered red velvet. It turned out beautifully! Very moist and not too sweet. Not a fan of fondue but that can be overlooked. The ladies were very sweet as well. Thanks again!
Great wedding highlight!. I am grateful to a neighbor who referred me to Custom Cake Shoppe! They did our 3-tier wedding cake and it was so delicious and beautiful. Favorite layer was definitely the almond with a layer of raspberry curd. We only had enough left over to enjoy a piece or 2 after the wedding.
I still have friends asking me where I got my cake!
Best Experience. For years I have been getting cakes from here and not once have I ever been any less than amazed. My students are rewarded each year with two of these cakes and it is something they more than look foward to. I recieved birthday cakes, special events cakes, and most recently a wedding cake. I was beyond satisfied. After seeing one of the cakes on MTV's "Sweet 16" show, my student's practically pleaded for the next one.
Generally, we get one cake per show (Art School). My two favorites were after "Hello Dolly" we got a beautiful hat. It stood up and was elaborately decorated. It even had a feather on top. And after "Grease" we got an old 50's car that stood on all four wheels. Everything was edible and the details were precise and we couldn't have pictured better. I certainly reccomend this place!
The cakes are always delicious, beautifully designed & decorated. I have purchased at least 6 cakes and I have always been blown away with the results. They book up so put your order in early. I travel from N.Suffolk to Virginia Beach because they are just that good!
The whole experience was incredible! The staff was so understanding and were very sweet throughout the whole process. We wanted to do a One piece themed cake and ended up asking for Luffys fruit. It came out even better than we could have hoped for, and my son loves the flavor (we got cookies and creme). If you need a custom cake, this is the place to go!

The first time I bought a cake here it was for my husbands birthday in 2018 & I forgot to make a review but it was a beautiful & delicious princess bride theme cake & cupcakes! Now it’s my sons 1st birthday & I couldn’t decide on a theme so I ordered 3 different cakes. They were all absolutely gorgeous & tasted amazing! My son loved them!! I definitely recommend this store, the cakes taste & look amazing & everyone has always been so friendly!
I got so many compliments on this cake. So many people said it was the best wedding cake they’d ever had. It’s been almost 4 years since my wedding and my mom still talks about the cake and the icing 🤤 I also added a picture of my birthday cake.
It was 2 weeks before my sons 7th birthday, I had contacted a bakery I’ve patronized before to order a cake and was told they were booked up through the date of his party.
I turned to Google and found the Custom Cake Shoppe, they were able to fulfill my order for a Jurassic themed cake in time for his party! I had never had any prior knowledge of them or eaten their cakes before, so it was a step in faith that the cake would not only look good, but taste great as well. This was important to me as I am a baker (hint: I’m picky) and had made my sons cakes every year since he turned 1. We were not disappointed! The yellow cake was moist & flavorful, and the buttercream perfectly sweet! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and will use them for our custom cake needs from now on! Thank you!!!
It was a last minute order and they were able to fit me in. My order was canceled at another place so I appreciate them for taking my order on short notice. I was very happy with the cake. It was my daughter's and my mom's birthday. My family loved it and it was moist and very tasty! I will definitely use them in the future!

I requested a mean T. rex cup cake cake and didn’t expect this , they went above and beyond . My son really loved it and I received so many compliments on the presentation alone. The actual cup cakes was soooooo good and moist. Customer service was top notch and well worth every penny, Thank you soo much ! I strongly recommend them.
It was exactly what I asked for and the different layers was amazing. They worked with me with having to reschedule and the cake was a hit. They also made cookies as favors for my guest and those were a hit too. I will come here for all of my cake needs from now on. Thank you so much for making my day special.
