I used the kiosk to order so I didn't have any human interaction besides taking the food.
My only gripe with my experience is something that happened before at other Taco Bells: when you order a Cravings Box but they put your food in a bag. The picture clearly has a box and I know they exist (I've gotten one before), but for some reason when I order extra food with a Box, it all goes in 1 bag? That makes no sense. Separate my box order from the rest.
I once ordered 2 Cravings Boxes and a side taco (at a different location) and instead of getting 2 boxes, I got 1 bag with 8 items in it. This is becoming more widespread and is frustrating when sorting through the food - even worse when most of it is customized. I shouldn't have to do that.

My family came in for the return of the enchirito. They were every bit as delicious as we remembered! AND the kitchen staff saw us leaving and said "have a nice night," I cannot express enough how adorable that was🖤 100/10 experience.

I live in Portsmouth/Chesapeake area and this is by far the only taco bell I've been to that is clean, friendly, and the food was great. Shout-out to Sabre St. Taco Bell y'all rock.

Counter folks were very helpful. It has been quite some time since I was at a TACO Bell. I was not familiar with the Kiosk use.

Made an absolute buffoon of myself at the Drive-Thru, and the person on the mic was so pleasant about it, honest to God angel. Food was good, the in-store ordering is confusing and I couldn't figure it out. The drinks at any Taco Bell are always watered down to the point of it just tasting like food colouring.

For once in the past year or two had a good experience at a fast food restaurant. Fast and friendly staff. Food was hot and tasty. Shout out to the young girl at the window with the pink in her hair. Very nice girl with customer service skills.

Service was good and food was ready quickly. My only complaint was that one chulupa shell seemed stale. Otherwise, everything was made as ordered, people were friendly, and everything was put together with care, not just sloppily made. One of my better Taco Bell experiences.

Very busy for the time of night I was there (about 7pm) on a Wednesday. 3 regular soft tacos, beef chalupa supreme and 2 cheesy gordita crunches and 3 large sweet teas. Food was hot and delicious. Service was exceptional!

Love these cats. Showed us mad Love and Respect and I will only eat Taco Bell from this specific location. I had stopped eatting it for a few years prior to this night. My entire Company came and dined in after Peggy's or Maggie's played us. We celebrated a Army Retirement at Taco Bell instead of Peggy's or Maggie's.

I was hungry and Taco Bell was the only fast food restaurant that did not have its dining area closed. I had not been to Taco Bell in a long time and was Impressed MORE than I can say at how Great the food was.
I had two different types of burritos and WOW!!! They were not only Good but they were like a meal in the hand.
I'll be going back to the Bell ion the Future.
