I used the kiosk to order so I didn't have any human interaction besides taking the food.
My only gripe with my experience is something that happened before at other Taco Bells: when you order a Cravings Box but they put your food in a bag. The picture clearly has a box and I know they exist (I've gotten one before), but for some reason when I order extra food with a Box, it all goes in 1 bag? That makes no sense. Separate my box order from the rest.
I once ordered 2 Cravings Boxes and a side taco (at a different location) and instead of getting 2 boxes, I got 1 bag with 8 items in it. This is becoming more widespread and is frustrating when sorting through the food - even worse when most of it is customized. I shouldn't have to do that.

I live in Portsmouth/Chesapeake area and this is by far the only taco bell I've been to that is clean, friendly, and the food was great. Shout-out to Sabre St. Taco Bell y'all rock.

Counter folks were very helpful. It has been quite some time since I was at a TACO Bell. I was not familiar with the Kiosk use.
They were great at walking me through it.

My family came in for the return of the enchirito. They were every bit as delicious as we remembered! AND the kitchen staff saw us leaving and said "have a nice night," I cannot express enough how adorable that was🖤 100/10 experience.

Very busy for the time of night I was there (about 7pm) on a Wednesday. 3 regular soft tacos, beef chalupa supreme and 2 cheesy gordita crunches and 3 large sweet teas. Food was hot and delicious. Service was exceptional!

Love these cats. Showed us mad Love and Respect and I will only eat Taco Bell from this specific location. I had stopped eatting it for a few years prior to this night. My entire Company came and dined in after Peggy's or Maggie's played us. We celebrated a Army Retirement at Taco Bell instead of Peggy's or Maggie's.
