I had a varied experience at this Cantonese restaurant. While the food was well-cooked, it lacked seasoning. The service struggled with the influx of guests, and the menu offered typical options like duck, chicken, pork, seafood and etc. Consider revisiting to explore more dishes, but if you're accustomed to Cantonese cuisine in San Francisco or New York, your expectations might not be fully met.
Hands down best authentic chinese restaurant in Virginia Beach! We went a Saturday evening and it was fairly busy but still had tables available. Party of 7 and ordered the beef chow fun, shrimp fried rice, mau pau tofu, clams, kung pao chicken, and half a duck for $118 with tips. Plenty of shopping center parking. This was our sixth time eating there in the last few years. Always great food!!
5/25/23 - I have been here about 5 times now. Recently went yesterday with 12 friends. It's always fun to have a big group so you can order dishes and share with everyone. Everything is always super delicious. Highly recommend!
I just moved to Norfolk, VA from southern California. Was looking for Chinese food similar to what I was used to in SoCal and found this spot. The food is great 👍🏼
Best Cantonese in the area for my money. The duck baos are a show stopper. Also quite fond of the beef chow fun. The salt and pepper wings with haunt your dreams. Service is on top of their game.
I ordered dimsum for appetizer and it was so good. Also whole fish for my entree was amazing. It was so fresh and the sauce is so perfect together with the fish

Stopped by for some egg drop soup and beef and broccoli. Beef and broccoli was 17.95 and the soup was 3.95. both were great. I will try the duck next time. It was late cause they are open until 10pm. The food is fantastic, higher end then normal take out. Very good.
This was my first time trying out this place and I absolutely loved it! I ordered the shrimp fried rice for takeout and was very pleased with my order. I waited a little over 30 minutes, but it was quite busy in there so I understood. I didn't expect the portion sizes to be as big as it was, so that was even more amazing!!! I was very pleased for the price that I paid. I absolutely loved the food I ordered. It's very rare that you find other restaurants that cook their shrimp fried rice like this. I highly recommend this place and can't wait until I come back to try other items! Also very reasonably priced!
Home style Chinese family restaurant. They named their restaurant on behalf of a city in China. They definitely encourage bigger family parties here. The bigger tables have Lazy Susans. We were a table of four and we shared with each other our picks of appetizers and entrees. The restaurant is clean and has an authentic Chinese atmosphere. We ordered everything at one time, but the plates came to our tables rather out of order. The first plate brought to our table was an entree, then two more entrees, then a couple of appetizers, then another entree, and lastly the final appetizers. The staff was friendly and polite. The food was to temp and presented well. Reasonable prices.
Pretty surprised to find this little gem in an little strip of stores off the main road. Tons of menu option. There is seating for large groups and a back event room. They even had hanging roasted duck. Service was fast and mice presentation. Of course the food was delicious.
