Went with family to Five Guys burgers the other night. Wow! One of the best burgers I ever put in my mouth. Similar in price to most fast food burgers but much better taste. Fixed just the way I like it. Good fries too. Staff friendly and professional. Definitely be back.

Everything about Five Guys is always the best in every state and at every location. They make it all seem so easy that it’s even more noticeable when going elsewhere what greatness is like knowing it is possible.

They have the best burger in Virginia Beach and Norfolk.The burger is perfectly cooked flavor 10/10 very filling , the fries are freshly cut and they really just fill the bag up with fries and free refills for drinks.Although it’s 12$ for the normal cheese burger and about 3$ for drinks and 4$ for fries it’s definitely worth it. Overall 9/10

Staff here is pretty friendly and great.. last visit the fries were on the extremely soggy side.. not a single fry had a slight bit of crisp.. not sure if the batch of potatoes didn't fry well enough or the prep was different.. otherwise my burger came out perfect and wife's burger came out great too!!

We are big fans of Five Guys. The staff is great and the food is delicious. The only thing I will say about this particular location is that the music is always super loud, this last time we went we actually asked for the music to be lowered as we could not even hear each other speak.

This is the best Five Guys all around. The food is always amazing and the service is phenomenal. This is the only one I go to because it’s closest to my house. My Five Guys app glitched and put in a different location for my order, but I did not notice. When I arrived to my usual location they did not have my order and it was a mistake on my end. They willingly without question made my order at this location and called the other to cancel it. If that isn’t above and beyond customer service then I don’t know what is. I will forever be a loyal customer to this location!

I really enjoying your service and your employees have a great positive attitude and helping me out. With the food they have on the menu 😋 and the food is very good and French fries it was very good and the drinks it was very great and your local restaurant five guys is very nice and very clean and your service is very good I will be back very soon

LarderRoom...and you thought I missed National Hotdog Day. Lol. Don't be silly! Five Guys not only has amazing burgers but their Dogs are second to none. Add a huge order of fries and Im in heaven. Check my Dog w/Jalapenos! Fries!!!! Clean store. Amazing employees. I will be back!

I appreciate when people who care about their jobs and clearly display it in how they present their work. My order was perfect! I could tell that whomever cooked my burger really cared about every single detail that I added as far as toppings etc. It was exactly what I had hoped for and the fries were fresh not soggy! I have ordered from two different Five Guys locations multiple times, only to be disappointed that they did not put the sauces or the toppings on that I paid for.. When you're purchasing a $15 burger or more you expect quality, and this location gave quality! Thank you for your hard work!

The food is awesome! And that's what I expect at Five Guys. Place was very clean, employees cleaned between patrons, and the staff was very efficient and friendly.
Only con: the price. Feeling like $42 for 2 burgers, 2 regular fries, and 2 regular drinks is a bit expensive. Another reason why we don't frequent Five Guys more often.
Otherwise, great spot!
