We're from outta town so i was iffy about this place BUT our server was nice & attentive.. The crab mac & cheese was very good & the steak was the best I've had in very long time! The Watermelon crush was Amazing! We will definately be back for sure

Good vibes! Good oysters although I'm not a fan of the James River oysters. I had the Tangier bivalves. Prine rib was excellent. Service was outstanding. Good live music. A fun place where the locals gather.
We love this place. Back again mid March 2019. The $1 oysters are way better than the Dockside deals. And they are always 12 for $12!

Jesse Chong band was awesome but his fans took over and there were no tables left for diners. We got lucky and asked a 2 top if they minded sharing and they didn't, others left. The steak bites were delicious! Tender, not chewy and the horseradish cream gravy combo was to die for!

We really enjoy eating at OBS! Our party of four went for Steak Night on Wednesday and we all had the Prime Rib. It was cooked to perfection, the garlic mashed potatoes are fabulous, as were the fresh green beans. Excellent chef and wait staff! We topped off this delicious dinner with the salted caramel cheese cake. We have eaten here several times and will do so again!

Food was good, service was good, drinks were good, but the place is a bit overpriced for what it is. $11 for a Long Island Iced Tea. Bring that down 20% and you food prices down 10-20% and I think they would see more business. Friday night at 6:30 and only 3 tables occupied.

I love this place. Everything tastes great besides the fries. Wings, oysters and burgers are my regulars there. I would give them a 5 star rating however they stopped serving the seasoned fries with the prime rib fries.

They did a great job hosting our company Christmas party. They have a private room that was just the right size. Food was great.

First I want to say that Harrison our waiter made us feel very welcome. He was very knowledgeable on the restaurant specials and upcoming events. He made great recommendations. The food was amazing. The sirloin was tender and cooked perfectly. The salmon was moist and flavorful. A great experience and we will go back and recommend. Don't miss out on this place.

Great staff! Very friendly and they take care of everything. The smallest things they do really pull it all together, making it a top notch place! They have live music on Friday and Saturday nights, making it a lively place. Lastly, their peach bourbon smash is AMAZING, and I don't like bourbon at all. That drink is definitely one to have again.
