Saffron Indian Bistro - Virginia Beach - Photo album

My first time here and I ordered lamb biryani, Gobi Manchurian, and palak paneer. Everything had great flavor and generous portions. I was pleasantly surprised at how much lamb was in the biryani and the size of the paneer in the palak. I would definitely come back to try their other dishes.
This place was amazing, our very first taste of Indian food and would totally comeback!! We ordered many different dishes and appetizers but I forgot to take pics, here two short videos.
Food is good. Serving size is good. Ambiance is good. Servers were awkwardly good. They tried to be friendly, but I feel the hesitation. Authentic Indian, and we really enjoyed our meal. The smell of the spices welcomes you as you walk in. It’s not that subtle but not that strong also. A notch down
I went to lunch time with my friend. The food was really good! We ate very spicy level 4, but it was too spicy😂 I’ll eat mild next time.
I got a pick up order. The inside smells so good. The chef has skills. It was romantic in there. The person who took my order made sure I got utensils and plates which was so helpful thank you! The food was delicious!! And that over the top expensive for great quality food.
The best food ever!!! The owner waited on us, he was so friendly and recommended wonderful dishes for us. You can taste the quality. Everything is made from scratch and it is obvious. The quality and the flavors are so unique and will have you craving to come back. Do yourself a favor, please, go su
Loved it but the 4 is not a 4 at least I don't think so was not spicy as I would've liked so I'll have to ask for a 5 but all in all really good everything was great
The food is always incredible with awesome portion sizes. the chili garlic naan is AMAZING. but also the service is so nice. every staff member is extremely kind and quick. before leaving, our waitress gave us a box for rice, a separate one for curry, and some foil to keep the naan fresh. i’ve never
A nice modern Indian restaurant that has a great ambiance. This place really hits the spot if you need authentic Indian food. Everything was amazing! Their tikka masala was surprisingly good and mango kulfi tasted delicious. Their biryani was also great, but beware, their mild spice has a kick to it
I am not Indian but the food here is the really good. It is always fresh and the waitress and servers all try to get it right the first time. I don't like my food to be to spicy and they seem to be able to get it right. I always try to try something new and they are great at suggesting things. We lo
Been going to Nawab Indian cuisine where the food is pretty good but the staff can be hit or miss. Just recently started going to Saffron in town center and the food is amazing! Great menu and staff are friendly. The price range is very competitive especially being in town center.
My partner and I ate her right now for a quick lunch date and we give a 10/10. Amazing staff, very quaint and very good amount of food. You end up with extra take home. Love the prices.
I’ve been living in Richmond from last 3 year and first time i visit this Saffron indian restaurant. One of the best food and best option either its vegetarian or non vegetarian. All of the employee are very nice but one of their employee, Her name is Anushka. Very nice and sweet little girl serving
Delicious! We got the chicken biryani and kerla peppers with mixed vegetables. The mango chili sling drink was awesome too.
