This place was perfect for the cold day I went. I got handmade noodles (even get to watch them make it!) and amazing service. My food, a chicken and mushroom noodle soup, came out fast and hot and very flavorful. The chicken was a little undercooked for my taste, but otherwise, a delicious meal. My friend was able to get a vegan dish that was also tasty. Our server was kind, attentive, and went the extra step to package our leftovers to go. I will certainly be returning to try another dish!

First time being here and it was a great experience. My meal was incredible and the service was great as well. For my appetizer I ordered the beef pancake and for my entree I had the hot & spicy noodle soup. The cook makes the noodles from scratch and the soup had so much flavor and spice. The beef pancake was juicy (included beef & onions) and tender. Whole meal was under $30

The food is really good! If you're craving some Chinese food & noodle, just come here, no doubt. We tried fried squid, mongolian stir fry noodles, and tomato beef brisket noodle. All of it are so tasty! It tastes authentic with fresh noodles being made in front of you. The staffs are friendly and has good vibes. We will be back to try other menu 🫶

Excellent service and a fun atmosphere for a great meal. We had the salt fried shrimp and the wontons in chili oil (forgot to photograph), Hong Kong wonton noodle soup and the spicy noodle soup with added brisket (it was recommended)- so incredibly tasty and everything came out quick. We will be back. Slightly different menu and flavor from the Chesapeake location.

Amazing! Hand pulled noodles right in front of you. Amazing speedy service. The waiter went above and beyond and boxed my leftover noodle soup for me and separated the noodles from the broth. Can’t wait to go back to try more things.

Noodle Man never disappoints!! The food is so delicious and fresh every single time. I absolutely love the fried salt & spicy wings, it does take 20 mins to make but I promise you, it’s worth it. My boyfriend’s favorite soup is the tomato beef-brisket noodle soup, the brisket was tender, the pickled cabbage was crunchy, the noodles were freshly pulled and the broth was flavorful. The pork wonton w/ chili oil is a must and the Mongolian beef stir-fried noodles was the best stir-fried noodles I’ve ever had hands down. The service is always friendly and welcoming, I have never had a bad encounter while dining here. 10/10, I would recommend this place to anyone!

Their homemade noodles were fresh and delicious. Service was good and fast. The serving staff was very friendly and attentive. The kids also enjoyed watching the cooks make the noodles. Some of the booth seats were a little torn up, but otherwise the atmosphere was good. Clean bathrooms were also a plus.

I fell on Noodle Man by complete accident. But this was a wonderful place to dine and even ordered for the next day, takeout. I drove almost an hour to this location and will make to trip again. Great experience, food, staff, etc. After having to postpone a birthday dinner, this was what I needed. Nothing but love from me and will and have recommended to friends and family. Til next time.
