Good food, with a nice beach/ocean view patio. (enclosed for the winter I am guessing) It was pretty busy, but we were seated at our reservation time and didn't have to wait. The servers were good about stating the specials/catch of the day, and the food came quickly. The alcohol menu focused more on wine and mixers, where my personal preference is beer so I wasn't sure what was good in that aspect. There was an indoor bar section I could have gone to where there looked to be more taps but that was on me not to check it out or ask.
Rating closer to a 5 than a 4.
Appetizers were phenomenal (had the hush puppies, calamari, crab dip and crab bisque), but my burger was just decent. Bryan our server was PHENOMENAL. He was present, quick and helpful without being overwhelming or annoying.
The ambiance is very comfortable and even though fairly busy, food was quick. Valet in the outside also provided good service.

This was our first time here. Overall everything was very good. Stephanie our server took very good care of us. I would recommend this place. We sat on the enclosed deck. The inside of this restaurant is very lovely.
Waterman's offers an amazing dining experience. If you can try to sit on the lower level so you have a beautiful view of the ocean and the beach while you eat. We started with the She Crab Bisque which is always a great way to start your meal! We followed that with the Ultimate Seafood platter. That included shrimp, scallops, crab lump topped with a Lobster tail and two sides. I also recommend the orange crush cake for dessert. A warm citrus Bundt cake topped with ice cream and whipped cream. This place is busy and you will have to valet your car if you are not close enough to walk.
First time here and it was a blast. Food was delicious and quick and the waitress was very caring and tended to our needs.
It was busy on Saturday night and it took about 15-20 minutes to get seated but it was well worth it.
I got the Wellerman’s Pasta and the crabby fries and it was a lot of food. My friends got burgers and fish tacos and they enjoyed them as well.
I can’t wait to come here again and recommended it to friends

I absolutely LOVE coming here when I'm visiting. This time was no different. They had a 1 hour wait & removed me off the wait list when I asked if I had time to shop... BUT I WASNT MAD... I was celebrating my birthday. I got lucky prior to that and grabbed a seat at the end of the bar. Rob and (Blonde haired female bartender) made THE BEST drinks!!! I had 2 and felt every bit of it. Lol. I tried endless summer crush and the Stawberry margarita. Both delicious. Upon being seated, I ordered calamari, the crab dip and the fried seafood platter. Needless to say I couldn't finish the entire meal...
I LOVED the shrimp and the crab cake was the best I've ever had. The dip was phenomenal... just every bite got better and the Cal-omg-mari!!!! Yes worthy of all the things... lol the sauce was really tangy yet sweet. I enjoyed it all. Service was busy but folks were in and out. I liked watching the employees work together. Tables were cleared fast and parties were seated pretty quickly. Even with the wait it was well worth it. Also- if you do sit at the bar you can order your food there. I just wanted a table... Happy Birthday to me! Go and try the options... the views are nice too.
I've been coming to Watermans for almost 50 years. The food, service, and atmosphere are great. Our waitress Amanda was amazing. She would stop to chat and make sure everything was just right. I had the stuffed flounder, and Nancy had the filet mignon. Both were excellent. Can't wait to return.
My experience here was with a party of 26 on a Tuesday; from start to finish (pulling up for valet to valet returning my truck), the service was excellent. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and quickly seated with the party. Our drinks, appetizers, and entrées came out in a timely fashion. The food was delicious and a great serving size. I had buffalo tuna bites and the fish tacos (flounder). Other individuals at the table tried the ribs, crabcakes, lobster, calamari, and a few salads, everyone was pleased with their selections. Our server was very professional,attentive,and nice. The valent drivers were professional, quick, and polite. This Is a place where I'd take my family.
We made a reservation ahead of time, this place gets very busy. We sat near the window which was so enjoyable. We saw this sweet bulldog outside! Our food was delicious. They even let me switch my side to mashed potatoes. The service here was so quick. We had our drinks and appetizer in no time. I forgot to take a photo, but the Buffalo tuna bites are a delicious starter.
The food was truly the best that we had anywhere in the area. Pictured is the coconut shrimp wrap and the watermelon salad. The view was spectacular. The service, and I wish I could remember the name of our server, far exceeded my expectations. And I highly recommend the margarita on a hot day! It's made with freshly squeezed lime and orange juice!
