Duck Donuts

You're not going to Duck Donuts for the atmosphere, you're going for the donuts. They are really decadent and delicious. Service folks are nice and quick but not the friendliest, coven the brisk business it is understandable as they don't have the time to be. Again, you're there for the round pieces of deliciousness. They make them for you to order and right then and there. Warm, soft, and sweet just as they should be. Healthy for you...at least healthy for your soul? Parking is really nonexistent except street parking.

We chose Duck Donuts for our special day/night. Our wedding was this past Saturday and in lieu of a cutting cake or wedding cake, we chose to go with Duck Donuts instead! Duck donuts has always been delicious in the past, so we knew we would be in good hands. We actually created our own donut board and display for our wedding, but they also offered that display which I thought was nice. I got in contact with Richard, and he helped me through the catering process with ease. Even though we scheduled an order and drop off delivery on Columbus day weekend, Richard and his staff made it happen! The Duck Donuts were a huge hit and our guests loved them all! We did 8 dozen of the Duck Dozen and they were delicious! Thanks Richard and Duck Donuts staff for making our day extra special!

Fresh warm light batter donuts. YUM. First visit. Parking on street is metered in Virginia Beach.we could have ordered ahead but I wanted to check it out. Small storefront just up from Starbucks. Very busy, but the staff seemed to handle well. The donuts are all the same batter, but they can customize with lots of icing/no icing choices, granulated or powdered sugar, glaze and tons of sprinkles and toppings. Offer frozen drinks and coffees. We had coffee frappes and the strawberry lemonade. Both were good. (my girls are used to Starbucks Frappuccino but enjoyed these frappes). No hot coffee was available today but that didn’t phase us A bit pricey at $21 per dozen, but worth it if you want a fresh, special treat. 1-1/2 dozen donuts, 4 drinks and 15% tip came to $62 plus my $2 metered parking. No delivery from store but third party service seems to be available. Online ordering for grab and go is also an option.

A "must stop by". Large variety of doughnuts made fresh on the the spot. Made to order, you will not eat stale or prepackaged donuts. plenty of cool drinks as well. Decent price for the quality of the donuts. Friendly service at the counter, is a plus. Bathrooms not available at the time and seating is limited. So a bit of a bummer. But that should not deter you from stopping by. Go for it if you have a sweet tooth!!!
