Kfc

This place gets worse and worse with every visit. Last visit I ordered a classic meal box the chicken was ok. There were a little bit of fries in the box. The coleslaw didn't taste good. And I asked for biscuits they were like small dough balls with spikes. If I could give no stars I would. This place has gotten terrible over the years.

Stopped in to get the 5 piece chicken tender special. The staff was very friendly and courteous. There was an employee named Jerome that actually said hello to me and asked If I was a customer of KFC. Jerome was the reason I stopped in because I was walking by to the bus stop. Jerome then started talking about the specials KFC has and he was actually working in the rain cleaning up around the building. I only had $5 on me and the 5 piece chicken tender special was $6.30. I was surprised when Jerome went into his wallet and gave me $2. I didn't want to take his money, but he said pass it on to the next person. I asked what did he mean and Jerome told me since he helped me, that I help someone else when I can. I've never had anyone do something like this for me. I'm still in shock over it because I was going to McDonald's for $1 menu. I've been craving KFC and He made my day. I was in a grumpy mood and he changed everything. Horrible. We asked for a 12 piece chicken strip box. The person said "of course". $15.99. What a waste. They tore pieces of chicken apart to make it a 1 piece, lol. The attitude sucked as well. Horrible. She also said she couldn't add anything on at the window. (We wanted to add a soda on). They need a new staff.

Im really disappointed in the service at this location. Sat for just under 25 min for 2 5pcs tender and a lrg mash and gravy. Was told about 3 to 4 min. One order of tenders was cold in the center. Had to pull back around to get gravy for the potatoes beacuse who wants kfc potatoes without the gravy. Only reason it was a 2 star and not a 1 star was beacuse the chicken tasted better than normal from this location.
