Took 17 minutes to get incomplete order. Never received the rest of the food after being told it would be brought out soon. One piece of chicken was so rubbery it was inedible. Manager was helpful and gave me a partial refund for the food we never received or were unable to eat. This used to be a good place to eat but the last few times I've been there it's been getting worse. Unlikely I'll be going back.

Missing part of my order, called them only to have them tell me I was lying. Lady on phone let me know the manger nor her knew how to correct the issue. Guess it Captain D’S from now on!!!

Order took a long time to receive through the drive-thru, fries was soggy and the Mac and cheese I ordered tasted like it was bit old like ot sat in a warmer longer than should've been and the noodles in it was a bit overcooked.

2 3pc shrimp 4 pieces of fish.. 12 more shrimp. Asked for sauces have one teaspoon of shrimp.. 4 packets of vinegar.. 1 tartar .. not enough by for for a 26$ meal... wont come thru again..

The fish and shrimp were good, as well as the green beans and cole slaw. The chicken plank was dry.

It is ALWAYS a great experience here! The staff are always so friendly and helpful and the food is Delicious!!!

Only car in the drive thru and was made to wait to order, wait to pay, and then had to pull around to wait for the food. Took ~25 minutes and then had to return the rubbery warm tacos swimming in sauce and grease for a refund because I didn’t have an additional 25 minutes to wait for remade food.

Sometimes... I NEED to have Manna...
... and every single time I NEED Manna that Reminds me of that particular line of my Ancestors that came from Great Britain, Ireland and Scotland...
... I go to Long John Silver's in Vincennes.
I can still remember my first visit to a Long John Silver's...it was somewhere in Southern Illinois... maybe it was in Mt Vernon or in the vicinity of there... you see, it was a Long Time ago.
Our little Family was Famished for Fish 'n Chips and we had just finished sight-seeing along the Northerly edge of the Shawnee National Forest...
Long John Silver's was New to us and we weren't disappointed in the Quality of the Fish...or the Chicken Planks, either.
...times have changed much since that first visit back in the mid 1970's, and with the Ravishes of the COVID situation, perhaps the franchise in Vincennes may need a little more Love before it is Restored...
Until then, we should be have Patience with the Staff having to try to Rise Above the Challenges they face to serve...
... because the Manna that they Prepare is yet so very Special to so many other Folks besides myself.
... and I am so Thankful for the Long John Silver's in Vincennes Indiana.
