Firehouse Subs

I've come here before and never had issues. Today the 2 workers went above and beyond for me. They were very kind, I feel bad that I didn't catch their names. But I really appreciated the service we got from them. The only thing that upset me was the soup I order was sour but I thought it was just me, I asked my sister and she thought so too. But i didn't say anything, i just didn't want to be that customer to ruin their day. Other than that. I'll continue coming to this location. Thank you.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. I went in and ordered my food today 2/12/2023. While waiting I received a message that a family member had died. I started crying in the restaurant. The staff noticed. They did not make a spectacle of it, but one asked if I was okay. They then apologized and said they hope I feel better and they hoped that everything was okay. As I walked out one of them gave me a free cookie and said she hopes it helps me feel better. Sometimes it's about how you treat people and not just the food, which is also very good. I am forever grateful for their small act of kindness. They had no idea why I was upset they just knew I was and did whatever they could to try and help. 10/10 will be returning. The engineer sandwich with no onions and add ons is delicious.
