Church Street Pizza

Reopened December 2023 and the Church Street Pizza web site launches to a hosted takeout cart that works well. Go inside when you arrive for takeout. You can turn right from 123 at Potomac River Runnkng Store which is your best option. The entrance on the side not the back. There is seating inside of you don't want takeout. The pizza is not as good as befir but still the best in town.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Food came out in about 20 minutes. Came with red chili flakes and parmesan on the side if you want to add more. Pizza came out hot, the crust was nicely crisped, cheese was gooey and pepperoni had a nice salty but not overpowering flavor to it. Food was reasonable priced and tasty. Church St is my go to for pizza in the area

I grew up eating pizza from here and it’s still one of my favorites! I ordered tonight, super busy (of course for New Years Eve) around 5:20 pm and they said it would be ready around 6:30. Lots of people waiting but the employees were super sweet and gave it to me right on time. Always love eating from here! :)

Great pizza at great prices. Love their pizzas by the slice and their sausage / pepperoni / mushroom toppings. The sauce is delicious and is at the right ratio with the cheese and bread. Very few places in the area sell pizzas by the slice and even fewer do it well. I used to go to their storefront location known as Church Street Pizza, but it looks like they have consolidated operations and this is their only location. Don’t mind at all as there’s plenty of pickup parking and is still a smooth and easy experience.

Tried this pizza for the first time yesterday! I’ve been a resident in NOVA for 2 years now, my original go-to was Paisano’s. I’ve missed NY style pizza since leaving home (NE Pennsylvania). My area is known for their pizza. This was right on par with what I love about back home. Just a regular, cheese pizza was very satisfying and affordable for this area. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I hate the fact that I have found this place now despite living in northern Virginia for over 30 years. This place is probably the best pizza place in the area. The ingredients that they use are very fresh. Their pizzas are not greasy at all or in other words I don't have grease dripping down as I'm eating. The taste is excellent. So fresh ingredients, delicious, and clean. This is now my favorite pizzeria.

This is good New York style pizza. It's not the best that I've had, but around here, it's the best. The bottom of the pie is a bit crispy without being overcooked, they don't skim on the toppings, and you can customize the pie to your liking. The service is friendly, and they're doing a good job with distancing and masks for pickups. The only thing is that they weren't sure about my topping choices from an online order. They called to confirm, which was great, but they ended up rushing my pizza a little and brought it out undercooked (not quite crispy). Not a big deal. We will be coming back for sure!
