Jack In The Box

I have been to this particular Jack in the box several times and it was subpar but this time the woman working the drive through was friendly and kind and she was helpful when it came to my order and even funny which is always uplifting after a long day at work. I typically never leave reviews but I felt the need to even ask her name because she did such a great job with customer service which I know first hand isn't always easy! Thank you Sabrina for your smile and your badass customer service today!

The absolute WORST experience at Jack in the Box in Vidor.... And there have been some Baddd experiences because the place can't seem to get it together! I ordered pick-up from doordash because my 15 year old son wanted to drive to the store so we drive to the JITB and he pulls in to a parking spot. I assumed the lobby was still open being it was only 945. He went to the door, pulled, and it was locked. One person came out, he told them we had an order, the person goes inside.... Another guy comes out a different entrance and tells him they do not have the order. No sooner than the second guy gets the words out of his mouth the door flys open almost hitting my kid and she starts screaming that they do not have the order and the WILL NOT REFUND ME. I was extremely mad but held it together for the sake of my 15 year old son, and said " I'm not asking you for a refund, ma'am. I'm asking why don't you have the order?" She said, " you need to take that up with the app!" I said yet again, " I'm not worried about the refund I'm asking why don't you have the order if the "app" says you have it?" She got belligerent and the 2 nd make had to guide her in to the building. I will NEVER go back to this store and will tell EVERYONE I know NOT to go to this store as it is by far the worst JITB that I've ever been to.

The food is always hot and good at Jack In The Box because they make it fresh which I love but I believe that the staff needs to work on not acting so flustered and even commenting to customers about how terrible things are going. It just kind of makes you feel uncomfortable. That being said the food arrived quicker than expected and everything was correct in our order👍🏻

I have reported them to the BBB , we just moved to Vidor went in to eat with our boys we got starred at by 3 employee no welcomed us , we stood at front for 10 mins an employee even walked out food to the front never said word to us, no one had gloves on rap music was playing and the man shook his hand thru his hair and touched the food and everyone was dressed in normal clothes it was 3/3 at about 7! We definitely will not go back!
