Woogies Sandwich Shop

We love this little sandwich shop, in Vidor Texas. Every trip through Vidor during business hours, we make it a point to stop in. If we’re on the way home we also buy extra pistolettes to give our kids. I highly recommend everything on the menu, but if you’re a big eater, you may want to try the beast. This is the best sandwich that you can find anywhere. I love the fried bread that they use, I wish we had a place like this closer to the Houston area, so we didn’t have to drive so far, to get this delicious food. I highly recommend the sandwich shop to everyone. You will be glad you tried it out.

Really good sandwiches, on bread similar to pistolettes. One of my favorite sandwiches is the Swamp Thing. Little pricey, but a Large sandwich is enough to feed two people. Great for call-in and pick up or dinning in with the family. We've always had good service. About a block off of Interstate 10. Therefore, it's good for a quick bite when traveling through Vidor. Beat the pants off of fast food, yet quicker than most restaurants.

I am all about supporting our local businesses, especially in times like this, but very disappointed in or sandwiches we ordered today! We ordered the Bull, and the Gobbler, the bread was great as usual but there was only one thin slice of meat on each of our sandwich. Very disappointed! I want to update this post! Woogies redeemed theirselves, I called them to ask if their menu or photos changed due to lack of meat during this time, she told me absolutely no! Made us a complete new and improved sandwich! THANK YOU WOOGIES! We will be back!
