Subway

Very unprofessional service. I stood in line and listened to their whole conversation about how they hated their job. I listen to them talk rudely to a customer on the phone. I don’t remember the woman’s name but the guys name was Johnny. After he checked the woman out ahead of me, he waited until she walked out to call her fat. I felt like I was being pranked.

Don't eat the tuna today... I finished a good portion of the sandwich before realized it was sour. (possibly masked by the other ingredients). Some of the tuna fell out, so I picked up and chewed it. Disappointed cause I was really hungry and live 10 miles away. The lettuce was yellowing also. Sometimes you'll take a loss in food cost, but if everything is always fresh you will gain more than you lose. On a good note: the employees were professional and the store was clean.

Rushed out of work to make it before close, got there at 11:40pm to the door locked with 2 employees inside and a customer that they were serving but refused to serve me. When I asked why they wouldn’t serve me they said it was because they were tired and had a lot to do in the back. Business hours are to midnight, not whenever you feel like it. I understand people are short staffed and tired.. I work in a restaurant myself and had been at work allllll day long , there’s no excuse. Then one of them had the nerve to flip me off as if I didn’t have a reason to be upset. Absolute trash. Should’ve just stayed on employment if they don’t want to work.. oh wait, it got cut off lol that explains it.

I was very disappointed that they were only able to take cash. This can happen to any merchant. However, I was not comfortable with the vagrants that kept approaching my car asking me to roll my window down. I'm from NYC so I don't lack compassion for people who have fallen on hard times. The issue I have is, it's night time and the persistence of the individuals actually made me want to stay in the parking lot to watch out for the single employee that was working.
