The service and food very good as usual along with my hot caramel lotta. We stop there every time we are in Victor. I always give it a five star rating.

Their French Onion soup is great! We always get Pick 2 meal. Add a drink and you get any of the pastries for $.99.

Food is generally very good, although the worm bowls sometimes come out cold. For the amount that they give, food is on the pricey side. Few if any vegan options. When they run out of something, they don't always offer to substitute, so if they're out of croutons, they don't offer anything extra .. more crackers , chips, or an extra roll, for example with your soup. As an accompaniment to the soup, the size of the baguette is disappointing. It is described as a baguette,, but should be advertised as a hunk of a baguette. Service is hit or miss, running from sweet and Charming staff to apathetic, particularly when the staff are not cashiers. When the only person visible standing behind the counter turned out to be a baker, he all but ignored me and then on my third try, and formed me in a salon tone that he was only a baker. So Bakers don't give customer service. It is sometimes the same for the cooks. Again, we think that paying people well and taking care of them, as well as providing good training, is often the solution. The soups we have sampled thus far have been well balanced, flavorful, and not too salty, if a bit less hot and less generously ladled than they could have been.
Food was good. They were out of the new teriyaki broccoli chicken bowl that I wanted. Girl behind the counter seemed bothered to take our order. Place was empty...
Thanks for being so polite and accommodating even during a busy time. My daughters cinnamon roll was bigger than her hand! I had a blueberry scone that was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I was also thrilled to see they had Almond milk for my coffee.
When we went, we used the virtual touch screen kiosks to order. The broccoli cheddar soup was unbelievably good.
Clean restaurant with a friendly staff. It can be tricky spotting the entrance as you round the curve going south on 96. The driveway comes up quickly and can be easy to pass. Turning in at the Hampton Inn/McDonald's entrance can get you there as well.
Always a nice meal. I ordered a 2/1 special but the selections on the list cost me full-price for the sandwich and salad
