Church's Texas Chicken

Church's did not have biscuits. They substituted the biscuit for a jalapeno pepper. Not everyone eats hot items. I don't. The substitution should have been something that everyone can eat or give customers a discount. The three women were not wearing caps, visors or hair nets. They were not customer friendly. And, you could only drive thru.

AT 2:30 I ordered a15 piece tender and a 20 piece dark from the churches app online Sunday June 19 . Ordered was suppose to have been ready at 2:51 when I arrived at Churches 1320 Clay street in Vicksburg was told by one of the employees that they only had 2 people working and that the didn't not have any tenders and they could not fill my order I ask for them to refund my money for the order to my card and was told by the lady who said she was the team leader that they could not . They have the worst service and attitude ever . I would not ever refer that place to anyone. The whole time the lady speaking with a attitude. So I called this afternoon 06/20/2022 and spoke to another employee who also stated she was a team leader and her attitude and what she said after asking a manager about refund was just as worst . I am contacting their District office . Its the worst place ever
