Sonic Drive-in

If you're looking for consistent quality and speed of service, you'll be disappointed. Seems to be hit or miss, long waits at random times, even when ordering online. Missing items or wrong orders, the usual fast food errors, from time to time. Otherwise, it's Sonic - mediocre food with great deserts.

Most of the time it is drive through only. The speaker and microphone for drive through volume is low and the people do not speak clearly. Since starting a remodel the service must have left with the scrap. The carhops are nice and try to please, but between the order taker and cook they can't get it right.

The Sonics has become drive thru only. I ordered a banana shake and a Oreo blast. It took 15 min to receive while at the window. The Oreo blast didn't have whip cream or Oreos on top. When i told them, they put whip cream and cherries on top. They totally forgot the banana shake so it took a while to get them to make it. There appeared to be one person attempting to make drinks while the other was drinking drinks and chatting.

pulled in at 9:10- they do not close until 10 but yet was met by a rude lady who told us they had just taken their last order and refused to serve us even though they didn’t close for almost an hour. We could hear multiple employees in the back goofing off and cussing through the drive through box. When asked why the girl literally laughed and said “nah we aren’t taking anymore” it was all around such a disappointing and rude experience. If you want good service or even to be treated with human decency.. don’t go here

I drove into Sonic to order an unsweetened iced tea with an unsweetened cherry flavored add on. My iced tea was delivered to my car very expeditiously and exactly as I ordered. The Car Hop was super kind and provided excellent service! The iced tea with the crushed ice was delicious and met all my reasons for going to Sonic!
