Subway

I spent over $10 per salad. They were 1/3 the size they normally are. I asked about it and she said they have downsized the salads and left the price sky high. My family was still hungry afterwards so after spending over $40 at subway I had to get food somewhere else too! I also had an issue with this store charging my card for food I never received and refusing to refund me despite proof. I’m DONE with this location! Watch your bank card and prepare to still be hungry after being WAY overcharged.

My sandwich artist name was Chris lord he was amazing the way he prepared my sandwiches perfectly he was the only one there n had to make 13 subs 3 of mine a family of 4 1 singular gentleman n a family of 5 he treated everyone wonderful even with the amount of pressure he was under all n all 5 stars keep up the good work subway n to my sandwich artist if u get to see this

Wow where to begin? I live in vestal and often hit this subway the last 5 subs the bread has been old dry and in some cases verging on moldy. So the date is 6/19/19 around 6:pm est. I wait in line forever then the girl who seems very unfriendly named Melissa asks what I want. ALL I want is fresh bread Italian sub. I asked her quite simply what bread is fresh she replies none and they dont even have Italian Herbs and Cheese available. She was almost stunned when i asked her at a deli for fresh bread gave me dirty looks and treated me as if I was some kind of bum. Im sorry Mellissa to have ruined your night with my fresh bread antics. Wow. At any rate she side stepped the question I asked when the fresh bread would be available she had no clue. Everything they had was dry looking did i mention I had moldy bread from here? At this point I walked out the store after receiving several more dirty looks and snotty retorts. I wont be back. I went down the parkway accross from the gyms the boys there were lovely and hooked up a nice sub good job boys..
