Rude sometimes, you will have to sit at the speaker for a good 3-5 minutes before anyone even takes your order, then when they finally do it’s as if you’re being rushed the entire time! I use to work there and management was bullies and unprofessional , not the GM, but others, can’t remember her name ! She has a grand daughter who works there too.their always saying their cleaning the shake machine I suppose to avoid having to make them, it’s constant! Really bad on night shift.

Well it was a take out order for breakfast but the overall experience was pleasant and without a long wait to receive your order and once that I arrived home to my surprise what my girlfriend and I had gotten was still hot although what we asked for was not what we got so outta 5 stars I rate the McDonald's in Versailles KY.... 3,Stars

This McDonalds is terrible as far as getting orders correct. Twice my husband has went to the McDonalds and has ordered a steak bagel. He has come home with a sausage bagel. Not at all correct!!

Me and my boys went in for dinner, service was somewhat slow but the food was hot which is a bonus. The bathroom (girls) could've been shown alittle extra attention but I've seen worse. The lobby was clean.
