I understand the need to work on call in orders, but NEVER turn down money standing at the counter. When the "sandwich artist" started working on call in orders AFTER making me wait for her to work on other call in orders, I almost walked out. Mind you my order was over $20 itself. This is NO WAY to treat an in person PAYING customer. I am dissatisfied with this level of service.

Do not order online during rush hours. They will serve everyone else before your order. I just waited 40 min in the pick up area, when I should have jumped in line and have them make my order. Many people who arrived after me were served before my online online order was even considered.

I love the chicken wrap, my husband any of their breakfasts and the patty melt. We are quite often there for breakfast and lunch.
Lunch is a lot quieter. Breakfast is noisy.
