Ritas is always amazing, but this location was out of a bunch of different flavors WHICH WAS NOT COOL. It was a hot summer (well technically winter but it’s hot here). Still great.

Customer service was amazing, girl behind the counter treated me and my mom with nothing but kindness. My mom asked for something that wasn't in stock and she was NOT rude about it at ALL. Milkshakes were very good. Definitely coming back.

The gelati was really tasty however the staff at this location did not make us feel welcome when I came in with my family. The girl working at the time made us feel rushed and was not friendly at all. The open sign was also turned off well before closing.
Overall - great product but unprofessional staff and uninviting atmosphere

Italian ice is decent but guy working the past few times weve been here on Sundays has zero customer service. Also, store doesn't open on time and he walks around doing nothing whole we wait outside and place is randomly closed in middle of shifts with sign "at bank". He is certainly not helping with business, we left after a while of him not acknowleging us outside.

Love Rita’s, but not the group boy’s making comments and causing unnecessary issues. Sitting waiting around because their friends are working. Today one of them “tripped” throwing ice cream all over the ground. This is not the first or second time. Won’t be back.

I first tried Rita's in New Jersey loved them since I have had them in South Carolina and here in Florida they are always great tasting many different flavors to choose from. I love the mango, this location is in a strip mall but easy to find . They also have great ice cream.

We really enjoyed our gelato and frozen custard desserts but I'm giving 5 stars for the nice young girl that served us. A half hour before closing, we sat down, she continued to get customers until closing time and was super courteous to all who came in at the last minute.
