Zero Stars if I could. Ordered toasted sandwich cheese and bacon and something on toasted supposedly sourdough bread. Unbelievable mess of a sandwich. I thought it was a joke. Seriously . Sandwich wasn't toasted was Chipotle Mayo smeared all over even the outside of the sandwich. Took the mess back to the store and was told that they don't give a refunds. Unbelievable never eat there again.

Have your camera ready if you make the stupid decision to come to this tropical smoothie. I was there for 40 minutes waiting on my food and smoothie- got to experience someone arguing over not receiving a receipt and the best yet someone not getting their food and the staff could not offer a refund until Monday! Yelling between customer and staff, cops were called and my smoothie was finally ready. I’ve never seen such a scene over something that one would assume is easy to rectify. After reading multiple reviews (now) I see this is a pattern. Will never go back here and this place needs a serious adjustment

Was in there trying to place an order, there were about 8 people waiting for their order. Most of them were getting inpatient since they’ve been there for 30-40 min waiting. I watched the old lady behind the counter (worker) loose her temper on an elderly guy (customer) for asking an order. If she cannot hold her frustration and temper she does not be in customer service part or working directly with customers. I ended up walking out.

Inconsistencies in quality, the Customer service is dreadful and much in need of training. After 10 minutes of not being greeted at the counter I said hello. I don’t know if she didn’t intentionally or not but she did not add the correct ingredients in my smoothie. It was the worst smoothie ever! You can certainly tell when people take pride in their work and it is not exhibited here. This review is coming from someone who eats here at least one time a week.
Don’t know if management knows it, but they close early like one door. Definitely not the welcome wagon.

A elder lady that was making smoothies on 03/04/2022 around 12pm had a disgusting attitude. I placed an order online at 12:07pm and There was people that came after me that got their order before I did, and they didn’t even placed order online. I had to ask the staff to double check if my smoothie is in the fridge and instead of getting an apology, she yelled at me saying they are “short on staff”. I understand everywhere they are short on staff but I placed an online order at 12:07 pm and if I didn’t spoken up who knows how much longer i would of been there. I left the place at 12:40pm for an online order. It was very disgusting her attitude to have the nerve to yell at my face when I didn’t give her a reason to raise her voice at me in front of customers. Never coming to this place again and corporate will hear this complaint

I go to tropical smoothie everyday and use the app constantly to get my rewards. Unfortunately this location has an older lady manager (maybe shes the owner i dont know) that has to be right and get the final word no matter what even if it's a customer. I honestly feel bad for anybody that has to work with her I can only imagine how bad she treats employees if she's willing to berate customers in front of other customers. On more then one occasion I watched her argue with people because during rushes she gets frustrated and starts to make things out of order then yells at people if they make a comment like "hey, I was here before everyone else" she'll always have a slick comment and makes me uncomfortable even for other people I don't even know. I truly do not understand how someone with such a bad attitude got the position she has. someone needs to go in there and evaluate her because there is no way this runs to tropical smoothie standards if this isn't a franchise location I'd be shocked I highly doubt arguing with customers constantly is a corporate policy. I guess this location is a gold mine to be pushing customers away I'm gonna happily go to the other smoothie place in the same plaza.

Great employees. Great food and smoothies. But that older lady (maybe the owner) needs to go home and let her staff run the place. In the 5 minutes I was in there she was arguing with a customer who just asked a simple question. She was also very snippy (in public) with one of her staff members.

I just waited 30 minutes for 2 smoothies all while FOUR customers who came in behind us (not including mobile orders) were served first. Then we asked for a refund and we’re told they could not give a refund, that someone would have to call us another day. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had at this tropical smoothie, but this was the last straw.
