Just FYI something is wrong with the drive thru intercom. You can't hear them and they can't hear you so that creates a lot of the complaints you are seeing. So GO INSIDE. The people that work at this D&D are SO SUPER NICE ALWAYS! They are a lot of the time are slammed busy but are fast. Always get my order right too. It may look like a mad house but they move that line so fast.... don't judge a book by the cover. They are awesome.

I want to like this place but lord it is the SLOWEST place. Everyone that works there is nice. It's pretty clean. But i mobile order all the time and still wait forever. Today over 15 minutes. For 2 drinks. That was once I got there. Just soooooo slow!

Not impressed with the staff here at all. There was no line in the drive thru or inside and it took them over five minutes to take my order inside. They were very unprofessional in their conversation and work demeanor. There is another Dunkin down the road a few miles and I would suggest stopping there instead. Would not recommend stopping here. Very poor management. Would not want to see them when they are actually busy.

I love "Dunkin donuts" but the guy working there today was awful! He kept saying they didn't have Cafe Con Leche and it was on the menu! He was upset at us because he didn't know what it was and because we ordered it. I paid $8 for one small cafe con leche and 2 small donuts and he was mad at me.

Worst Duncan ever!! They always have some excuse to not making drinks. One was they didn't have permission to make my drink. You work at a coffe shop and can't make a drink. If your not going to make mobile orders close it like other Duncan's do. Guess I'll take a little farter drive to support our local coffee shops.

Sat in line for 40 mins with one person in front of me. Longest wait of my life. When I attempted to order multiple times. As soon as I started to drive away she said may I take your order. Go to Starbucks instead.

Over the past 5 weeks i've been to dunkin in Ft Lauderdale, Orlando Tampa and now Jacksonville. All the Vero Beach locations have had the highest prices in the state of Florida. Can you say price gouging!!

This store has always burned my bagels to the point where even asking for it lightly toasted and having them put it on the receipt it still comes out burnt. I have no had a problem with any other Dunkin besides this one please fix this. Doesn't make sense I have to drive 20 mins extra to not get a burnt bagel. Might as well go to wawa across the road.
