Preordered an Easter cake a week before. I went 30 minutes out of the way to my destination just to pick this cake up. They said the cakes weren’t labeled and I had to wait for the cake decorator to call back. They didn’t call but 40 minutes later they decided to tell me my cake was never even made. They then said the manager wasn’t there so they couldn’t do a refund. I had to wait another 20 minutes for her to call back and get a refund. Out a cake, time, and late to Easter.

So disappointed, went in to get a hand pack of bubble gum. Was told they can't open that until another was finished. Ok, whatever got another only to get home and it's not packed full. I also asked for a smoothie and was told they dont make smoothies even though it's on the menu. While I was waiting the girl said if you dont need anything else you need to go pay. Now I know why she didn't want me to stay and watch her pack my ice cream cause I got ripped off. The place was dirty. You could barely see the ice cream through the windows. They need the owner or a new manager to put these employees on the right path. I'll never go to this location again.

This Baskin Robbins is the worst one I’ve ever been to. They are always out of waffle cones. They were out of mint chocolate chip and chocolate. They didn’t have much of a selection and the employee working that day was hateful!
Tried to re - visit this location for a second time as I’m on vacation in Vero.... both workers were very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience to them.

Sign stated if you purchased two scoops you would get a free fresh waffle cone. After buying two orders of two scoops found out there were no waffle cones. Also no chocolate ice cream. Place was dirty which includes tables and floors and plenty of employees. Will not visit again.

Overpriced for a cake that looked like my child decorated it. Decided not to purchase anything. So I went across the street to Publix that had icecream cakes twice the size at half the price! This place was so dirty too!

I was there at this location in vero beach today with my family.This basking Robbins location shared their store with Dunking Donuts.... inside the store there two televisión full blast with, same Chanel in each tv, full blast with the political satire that is going on, impeachment, Nancy Pelosi, Donal Trump.... etc... etc...more and more. Please turn those TV OFF, I am there to enjoy ice cream, but I couldn’t today because of the background sound of the news. If I want to hear the news I will do it at my home, not at the ice cream parlor. I won’t go back there until those TV are OFF. Thank you

Disappointing, pre-ordered birthday ice cream cake. No cake ready at p/u, no information on my order. Showed confirmation and payment on my phone. Put together what they thought was my cake. Wasn't what I ordered at all. Not a happy 6th bday party at all!
2-23-16: I need to edit my review as I just received a call from the owner of the VB, Baskin Robins Store. He was very polite, took the time to hear my experience and stated he would like into the situation further. To me this speaks volumes to the positive customer experience he wants his store to give to the customer. He also asked for my address to send me a gift card, a very nice touch. It is therefore I would like to re-rate this store to a 5. Mix-ups happen, an associate worked very hard to provide me with a bday cake and the owner followed up. Kudos to you Danny.

The worst Baskin Robbins EVER!!! Why do people come to this one? $5 for two really small scoops in a cup because they never have waffle cones. I can buy a gallon of premium icecream for this much.
