Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was picking up food at Chipotle in Vero Beach and an elderly gentlemen, wearing a hat that indicated he was a veteran, was at the counter placing an order. The young lady at the register noticed his hat and thanked him for his service! 🇺🇸 I saw a big smile appear on this mans face and I thought, what an awesome, act of kindness. Then, when he proceeded to pay for his meal, the associate says, “this ones on me”! ❤️At that point not only was he smiling, all of the employees were smiling too, and so was I! When the associate noticed his hat and thanked him for his service, this was small and simple, and probably enough to make his day. But then she did the extra ordinary! ♥️ The happiness he felt was contagious and all who were there felt the love! What kind of 🌎 would we live in if everyone showed one random act of kindness each and everyday??🙏♥️🌎

I love coming to Chipotle! It's nice being able to stop by and get an actual healthy meal compared to other places nearby. I came in for my usual veggie bowl (brown rice, black beans, no meat, extra fajita veggies, mild salsa, sour cream, corn, cheese, lettuce, and a side of guac, which comes free with the veggie bowl). I've never had a bad experience at this location. They have an online app that includes a rewards program and also calorie information. The staff is nice. They have food options for different diets. My only possible compliant is that the salt content is high but I personally don't really care for that.

2 stars only because the food is 'okay'. The employees demanded I wear a mask inside the building to order my food meanwhile other employees weren't even wearing their masks as well as them already having a glass cover over their food. And its not like you can wear a mask while eating their food so I'm not sure what the whole deal is about. The employees got pretty belligerent with me and said they could take my order by hand and write it down and then make my order but I don't see the difference. I'm still not wearing a mask either way. And denying me service for not doing something the employees don't even do is just hypocrisy. The rest of the customers didn't even have masks who were sitting. Is this just a game to see how what random procedures businesses can make us do to recieve our product. I'm the paying customer. I make the rules.
