Idk what happened on to this location. Maybe the employees just don’t care. This was about 5 tablespoons of Italian seasoning dumped onto my sub and sold just like that. Had to scrape it off even for it to be somewhat edible. It was gross, couldn’t even finish it . Management should def look into it .

Ordered 2 large subs with the combo so it comes out to around $34 for 2 subs 🤦. So we wait and wait an wait and start noticing that people after us are get there order and leaving. I go up and ask if they called our name and the lady said "they did not forget our order". So we wait again and finally after everyone left they magically found our subs just sit there. Then it became and argument about if they called the name or not. The guy that made the subs was very rude and argumentative with me and his other employees talking about he doesn't need this job and all the other good comebacks. Easy to say I won't be going there until I see a new staff.

Very excellent and fresh. Great service. Tables were spaced for social distancing and they had call ahead orders for pick up and no contact. I highly recommend this Firehouse Subs!!

Terrible service, completely disorganized and poor quality and value. Sandwich was 1 slice of deli roastbeef w/ drenched in bbq sauce. WaWa does better as a gas station then this . 0 stars should be option. Stick w/ locally owned resturants that care. Flashy ad gimmics and marketing with no follow through.

I went online to order at this specific location and it tool my order and charged my card but when I showed up to the location it was completely closed! I don't understand why it would allow someone to order if the restaurant is completely closed

I must say that first of all we've always liked the subs but the staff is how do I put this....they act like they hate their job and are not friendly and the manager is definitely not friendly. It's sad that we will probably not be going back in the near future. And as far as discounts, they should offer to military also. They risk their lives just as much as police officers and firefighters. We over heard the manager turn down a military member when I know they have honored military in the past. Shame on you firehouse of Vero Beach.
