Panera Bread

I gave it another shot considering the egg white avocado breakfast was yummy and I ordered and must have accidentally hit no avocado on the app. When I called she let me know of my mistake but said the only thing she could do for me was have me come back and charge me to out avocado on it. Eben though when you take it off the original sandwhich it doesn't take any off the price. So her solution to a mix up was charging me more money for probably two tiny cuts of avocado. Go to the one on 5810 20th street. They are way more helpful and not this money hungry for money they don't get to keep anyway. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We usually love this location but this is the third time now that we've waited outside for our curbside order. Today we waited 30 minutes before finally going inside and it was just sitting on the counter. We kept thinking that maybe they were busy but there were only 2 customers inside... the food was correct thankfully but considering we had a hungry crying toddler waiting in the car with us, I wish we would've been paid more attention to.

The food was good but the associates at the register are not friendly . We couldn’t figure out why the price was different on the self serve from the cash register and she just looked at us and was like I don’t know why there different so we just said it’s fine but there attitude almost made me change my mind and go somewhere else.

I occasionally use the curbside pick up. My order is always right and the employees who bring out my order are always so nice. The only thing is I wish they enforced the curbside pick up spots to only be for people picking up. Almost every time the three spots are full with empty cars (so obviously not doing curbside pick up) so sometime the employees have a hard time finding my car since I’ve had to park elsewhere.
