This place is awesome!!! The outside eating area is so pretty. The food is simple and the menu is short and sweet. The Caesar was yum. The kids portions were perfect. The drinks were interesting. The restaurant is huge and probably could fit 500 people inside. The calamari was Yum except last time it came with fried peppers and this time I didn’t have any.

We went to brunch this weekend and it was great. Natalie was very attentive and friendly. I am vegetarian and she offered me plenty of options and was very knowledgable about the menu. The grilled cheese was great. The view is great too. We will definitely be going back.

We had an awesome experience at Cobalt tonight. Tom, our waiter, did an outstanding job taking care of our part of twelve. The highlights for me were the smokey old fashioned, filet mignon, key lime pie and entertainment.
The smokey old fashioned is made by burning a wood plank and letting the smoke fill the glass. The Old Fashioned is prepared separately then added to the smoke filled glass. It’s then served table side. The drink was fantastic!
The filet was wonderfully prepared and I had the truffle fries as an accompaniment. I also had the Lobster Bisque that was delicious. For dessert we had the Key Lime Pie that was delicious.
For entertainment they had a lounge singer named Curtis who got everyone out on the dance floor. It was an awesome night. I highly recommend Cobalt!

Great restaurant. Fantastic siting. Wait staff was great. But Hostess is a real b****. Where do they get people like her? She just RUINS the whole experience. We always make a point of coming here when we’re in Vero Beach.

This was one the the best steaks I’ve ever had. Your served warm rolls before your meal as well. Calamari was amazing! Definitely recommend. Restaurant is on the pricey end though. Breakfast was amazing as well! Must try the chicken and waffles or the coconut French toast! We will be back for sure.

Booked here as liked the look of the restaurant after a walk on the beach. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. We were seated and someone swiftly came to take our order. The service before the meal was ok however the food was very disappointing. The steak was chewy and tough and the Mac and cheese side was cold. We sent this back and asked for this to be taken off the bill which it was. Once we had finished our meal it was clear from our plates that we didn’t enjoy it and we did tell the waitress however nothing was said back, no apology or anything which was disappointing

Always a winner at Cobalt! Windy but beautiful night on the ocean for dinner. Food was amazing! Not the best photo but enjoyed a cocktail by the fire after dinner! Highly recommend!
