Used to be good, even last summer. It got terrible. I asked for a quesarito and they gave me this. Missing like all of the things that make it a quesarito lol. It was ice cold and took 20 minutes to make despite there being 5 (rude) teens in there. They also consistently run out of things and it takes forever to get your order in general. They also wouldn’t let me customize something last time I was there, and I couldn’t do it on the app bc of their awful wifi. No idea why their dining room is closed either. I love Taco Bell but this place went downhill. Go to Franklin instead.

Customer service good the employee was very nice. It did take quite a while considering it's fast food. Compared to the Taco Bell of my youth the food quality is lacking. My tacos were all soggy and kind of gross. The chicken quesadilla was good though.

The food was great! Customer Service not so much. We ordered at the kiosk and I guess the exact order did not get to them The kiosk asks if you want your receipt. Two orders were incorrect 1 had a receipt 1 did not. The one that did not had to pay for the correct order The one that did have the receipt was refunded the missing item Get your receipt if you use the kiosk to order.

This is consistently a terrible Taco Bell location that only exists as a tourist trap. No locals go here. If you make any customizations to your order, they will literally always be ignored. They consistently "forget" items in even small orders. It seems like every day I get ripped off paying for stuff that they didn't even put in the stapled bag. Check every single thing in your order before you leave if you have to eat here.

Lobby was closed figure there is only 2 cars on the drive thru, shouldn't take too long?
Easily took 20 min.
They have issues with online orders claiming they don't receive them .
Short staffed & busy I understand
Still I've seen some taco bells get alot better.
Unfortunately this one got worse.

Staff member who was supposed to be at the counter wasn't at the counter almost the entire visit while I was there dining in. Wasn't very helpful. Most of the staff including the counter person who also seemed to be the drive through person was not very attentive and almost the entire staff except for the girl was using foul language audible to all who were dining in and was not expected and was sorta offensive . The girl and Mario were the only two who I did not observe to be offensive using could language as they themselves were well mannered and behaved . .overall the dine in experience was good though. Very clean. The straws at drink station were empty and I had to ask for straws.Food assembly could've had some better appearance and been better for my crunch wrap supreme which wasn't fully folded over or sealed tightly . The center was exposed and kept spilling over whenever I would bite into it. But I really was fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly.

I don’t think there’s enough room here to tell you just how bad this place is, but I’ll try. The employees are the absolute worst part about this place. I have never seen a group of individuals as mentally challenged as this. They mess up even the easiest orders and just decide whenever they want when they will be open or closed. To be honest if this was my store I would be ashamed. Every single person should be fired they have no business working here or anywhere. They are all simply to stupid to function under the normal bounds of society. STAY AWAY THEY WILL GIVE YOU FOOD POISONING!!!!!!

Hopefully the nasty cashier with curly long hair no longer works here. I refuse to come back here after about 6 months, likely never to return. This person was so rude to me in the drive-thru after I had already paid for my food and was told at the PICK UP WINDOW there was not enough meat for my order. Instead of of resolving the situation and giving my money back, the nasty cashier had a bad attitude and actually blamed me for leaving the drive thru and coming back 10 minutes later asking for a refund. I guess I shouldn't have first assumed I would be refunded for an order I DID NOT PICK UP AS THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH MEAT TO MAKE IT. Instead she actually planned to not refund me and go about her day. At least the manager there did end up giving me a refund, but it was basically dangled over my head as they taunted me about the store closing in 10 minutes and that I would be unable to get a refund unless I drove quickly and got there in time. Otherwise they told me to call the Taco Bell hotline for a refund. These people do not care about you or your money. Terrible customer service that leaves a bad taste in your mouth...& not just from the cold, gross food.
