Dunkin'

4.25.22-AM-🧐The coffee here is usually good. I like coffee bold. Last couple of weeks, usually in the morning, I've ordered "midnight roast" coffee but it's really "weak". In a matter of fact it's somewhat on the level of their regular coffee, . So I was wondering if they were mixing it up. I went inside to address it, and they were nice enough make me another cup, but it was the same. I don't know who's making the coffee, but please kick it up!! UPDATE;. 4.26.22 AM- Got a good cup of "midnight roast" coffee!!!!😊

My neighbors and I have been regulars for years but the people running the Dunks now are a disgrace. When you are a familiar face to the employees, they confide in you! We have all been hearing stories about the new guy in charge bullying young employees and even in the lobby you can smell his bodily odor. We have had to start visiting the Hamburg location as a result of how downhill things have gone.

I've been a customer at this location for more than 20 years and I always liked going in , but in the last 6 months I started hating it. The morning staff is absolutely horrible, rude , lazy, dirty . This morning it just topped it all, when I told the girl behind the counter that my coffee is not right, I was told to go make my coffee at home if I don't like it. I guess this Dunkin doesn't need customers, there are plenty more Dunkin store in the area, I will take my business somewhere else. The only person at this location that I really appreciate is Gloria, great server, professional, always smile, respectful.

I just went to dunking donuts in vernon nj and the female that was working drive thru was unprofessional a d no manners when I gave her 3 dollars in change didn't say thank I apologize for the change no answer at all I said thank you at end no response..very unprofessional..today is 4/3/2022 and it's 2:35 in a beautiful Saturday afternoon and someone has to act like that..she got the wrong job..for that attitude and so young ..its a shame.
