First time visiting Chuck E Cheese the place is awesome. Have lots of options for kids.the Management team was so helpful. Games are worth playing even adults. Ordered one topping large chicken pizza with crust (2$ extra) worth a lot for ordering crust. As I was running out of time I requested them to make it quick they processed the request as I did the staff is more helpful during the play. Kids will enjoy a lot

I really prefer this to the other place across the way. Yes it is smaller, but if you get on their email list the coupons are really good and make it much more affordable. Only downside is if you come on weekends during peak birthday times it is going to be madhouse, try to come right when it opens or closer to closing.

A nice place for kids to have fun. I have a 2 year old and a 8 year old. They both enjoy visiting this place. All the rides and games are safe for kids. You get food and drinks here. A nice place to host parties as well. Kids win tokens with each game and they can pick a toy of thier wish depending on the number of tokens they earn.

I have taken my little one here multiple times. They now have a game card that is time based. It is actually cheaper and a better deal than paying for individual credits. $16 for 45 min of play time and they still earn tickets to exchange for little prizes.

What can I say, this is CEC. We've been coming to the Vernon Hills CEC for 20+ years. We have fun, eat lunch and have more fun. We love it here especially when there's no school. We love the Vernon Hills location. Its always clean. The service is great. The food is good.

We celebrated my son’s birthday and my family had a great time!
One of the assistant managers was very professional explaing the party process when I visited the store.

Some of the machines kept the credits and no play. Some games didn't dispense the right amount of tickets won. Pizza was a bit bland would of prefer something in the line of Lou minaltis style pizza. Other than that kid was well entertained.

I thought Chuck E Cheese would be another place that tries to rip off parents in their quest to make their kids happy but I've been riding on $20 of credits there for at least 3 visits. Clean place. Good crowd. Great place to kill an hour with your kid. Oh and their card readers actually work.

This Chuck e cheese is clean and the staff is very friendly. The machines are well maintained and there are good menu choices. It's a decent way to while away a few hours, letting the kids burn off energy. There are no "soft" games / areas (like a ball pit or tumbling area) which is a good and bad thing depending on your viewpoint. I think it's easier to keep stuff clean the way it is, so I'm ok with it.

Great fit kids. Before I could bring my kids on their birthdays and would offer some tokens on the house. Since the intro of cards, does not happen. Pizza is okay but games are updated and fun. Although winning tickets is more difficult on the newer versions. Family fun to the max.
