This Panera is great! I enjoy the ease of the drive thru and particular employees make it a GREAT day with their smiles!

I had a fantastic experience finding the ideal last-minute birthday gift for my friend here. Kudos to the manager for patiently walking me through the various flavors.

Food was great and the table was clean. The order taker was very unhelpful however.

We went in to grab a quick breakfast and found the food to be tasty. It was disappointing that even at 10 am they were out of yogurt, but the wraps we got were good. Staff was helpful and cheerful and the dining room was clean.

Finally, I got my cappuccino with almond milk)))!There is almond milk in the Vernon Hills location. It would be great if each location had something non-dairy for coffee. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly. Thank you very much ☺️

Wasn't happy with the service but the food was fine as usual. Very expensive for what you get

Only had one order taker/cashier was pleasant
Went at lunchtime 12-1, was busy and 3/4 full capacity. Has outdoor seating not many out, very hot day. Ate inside hard to find table of what left, clean. Mac and brocolli awesome. A bit pricey for what receieved.

Ordered the flatbed pizza pepperoni and Caesar salad. Sauce was kind of weird and the croutons are bagged he would think they make their own being that they have a lot of leftover bread. The young woman who took her order had a huge scowl on her face throughout the whole thing and just was miserable to be working.
