Stopped in to get a sandwich today, May 20 2022. There was a line of 5 people and only one employee. That young man , I think his name is Brenden, was polite and efficient and got the line down very quickly. He never once lost his composure and made sure every sandwich was made to the customer's satisfaction.
This young man deserves a big raise and recognition from the Subway corporation.

Most times I've gone to this location, the subs have been fine.
However on May 12 we ordered through the app and what we received was revolting. Way too much sauce, the wrong meat on my sub and my husband's sub, we asked for "less onions" according to the app and it seems like every conceivable onion they had was on the sandwich. Neither of us bothered eating ours because it was so over sauced that in our two minute drive home they were already too soggy to eat. That was a waste of our money to say the least!

Upon seeing a large sign standing by the beginning of the order line I ordered a specialty sub. After the process of making it was fully under way I reminded the worker about an ingredient that was part of the special and he/she responded by saying they were out of that integral part! It was too late to order a different sandwich!
By the end of the process there were several other of the ingredients that they were out of, although I was able to pick a few alternatives to make it at least edible for me.
Then at the end he/she rang it up at the specialty sub price! I complained that it did not end up being what was the advertised specialty sub and I certainly shouldn't pay that price. He/she was at a total loss as to what to do about charging a different price. Ultimately another worker who was sitting down having a lunch break themselves spoke up and recommended what to enter instead into the register for a charge.

Stopped in to get lunch I ordered a. meatball no mozzarella no provolone husband ordered a turkey guess what no turkey and it was only noon!!!! Sorry but this is not a good thing I'll stop at a different Subway next time

It’s says they are hiring and you can tell. But sandwich was good. A bit longer for the sandwich to be finished with them being under employed.( Addition notes) Manger refused to wear a mask but insists on make the sandwiches. Made me feel very uncomfortable, and unsafe. Especially when there were two other employees who had masks to make it. I insisted they do so or she wear a mask. told me they were busy and just started making it after i refused for her to be the one to do so. i just ended up leaving. Definitely not going back!!

Before the pandemic, the employees were great. The ladies running the show at lunch were kind and friendly and did a great job. Fast forward to the present and it's clearly not the case anymore. They remodeled the interior with seasonal decorations that you are reminded with passive aggressive notes not to touch. Maybe don't leave decorations on the table if you don't want customers to touch them.
They no longer make "chopped" salads. In fact, they complained about my request to at least slice the tomatoes or cheese into smaller pieces because "they aren't supposed to do that."/I really don't think asking for a tomato slice to be cut into quarters for a salad is an unreasonable request and I certainly was not rude when asking.
I used to think this subway was better than average, but it's really fallen downhill which is ironic since they updated the look inside.

It's quite clear that upper management does not treat the employee's at this location with respect. It's quite unorganized and you can tell. New employees come and go every few weeks it seems. Dawn, the general manager/supervisor does her very best to run the place. She makes my sandwiches PERFECTLY. I'm luckily a very patient guy and don't mind new employees taking their time to make my sandwich. I give 5/5 stars to the customer service I've received, but 2/5 stars for Subway as a business and how they take care of this branch.

There was only one person working on a Friday night during dinner service! Trevor I believe was his name, was doing the best he could to keep up with the walk ins and all the online orders that kept coming in. He did a great job and kept apologizing while filling everyone's orders, but piss poor scheduling on management's part! Especially when he tried calling twice while I was there and his manager didn't answer.......
